There were plenty of beds and they were comfy. The tree house and swing set were a huge plus for kids. The kitchen appliances were newer. The WiFi was strong and there was Roku set up on the tv's which were also nice. Hot Tub was in good working order, as described.

We rented this property specifically because it had a pool. Based on previous reviews where the pool was unusable upon guests arrival, I reached out to what I thought was the "host" (it's actually a booking agency) to see if the pool would be in good working order during our stay. We received a reply that initially did not acknowledge the question at all. So I asked again and a different representative responded saying the pool will be open Memorial Day to Labor Day depending on weather. Our stay fell within these dates and the weather was 75° and sunny so it was expected that the pool would be available to us. However, upon our arrival the pool was green, clearly hadn't been touched in a significant amount of time, despite having numerous pool cleaning supplies strewn about. I reached out to Vacasa about the pool, by email the first evening but never received a response. So I called at 9am the next morning and was told they would reach out to the local property manager to come clean the pool for us that day. Several hours passed and I heard nothing and no one showed up. So I called again around 1pm and was told they would get there by the end of day. Then she changed that answer and specified between 2-3pm someone would arrive. No one ever showed up or called or emailed...So, we never got to use the pool!! Additionally, the grill was out of propane, the oven had been half cleaned with cleaner spray still caked on to where the preheating caused fumes to fill the kitchen - we cleaned it again ourselves and went and bought our own propane several exits down the freeway (a trip that was entirely inconvenient). The pantry had items left over from 2021, the toilet upstairs didn't work so one of the guys in our group had to do some plumbing to fix it, the shower upstairs spouted out a good amount of brown water when we first turned it on.
