Great view

My stay at Sea Luxury was excellent. Driver met us and took us to apartments to meet with Heri who checked us in. Heri was contactable always via whatsapp although not much else was needed as the apartment and facilities in the apartment were great. We had a 8am flight so we had to check out at 6am which Heri organised and we had plenty of time to get to airport. Excellent apartment, Amazing price. Thanks Heri and Apartment!

Housekeeping was everyday but sand and dirt from beach always found its way to the floors. Even when we washed thoroughly before coming to apartment. We used small towels to wipe sand of feet before jumping into bed.

Heri was excellent from start to finish and very helpful. The check in process was very straight forward. The location was a little further than other properties but not too bad at all. Bed is massive and very comfy. When we arrived the air conditioning wasn't working but was soon fixed and had no issues for the rest of our stay.

My main criticism would be the description of the apartment was not what we expected as it said there was a bath. Not the end of the world but it was deceiving. And also advertised as a sea view but this was only a side view so very minimal

Wifi in the room was good. View of the ocean was beautiful. Washing machine came in handy. Bathrooms in good working order. Good location close to most things. Was met on arrival by friendly staff and given instruction. Organise airport taxi. Good security

Dishwasher was broken, didn't offer pool towels and wouldn't give more room towels. Lock to front door had to be turned several times before it opened. Listing said kid friendly buffet which wasn't the case. Only limited menu delivered to room. Listing said restaurant but none in building. Listing said ATM onsite, not the case. Beach umbrellas for use by the beach are by a rough section of the beach. Bed mattresses very soft.

The location is good right, beachfront and right in the middle of Nha Trang. The apartment has a lot of space and big rooms.

The apartment was not clean, and there were ants. There was also a night club with bright lights that shined into the apartment until late at night.

Location was excellent. Just across street from beach. We had ocean view. Clean. Allowed for a slightly later checkout. Good value. There’s a small convenient store nextdoor. Pool was nice.

Elevator key didn’t seem to work well because we would push floor number but it disappeared occasionally. Then we rode it up and down.

My recommendation to the host : Instead of the single physical key for the entry door they can upgrade to keyless entry, it will be more convenient for the tourists.

Leena the property manager is very helpful and a lovely person. if you go to the resort, ask for Leena and she will look after your needs very well. after check out Leena kindly looked after our bags while we looked around. the house keeping is also exceptional.

Great view and communication. Very spacious.

Very frustrating every time we had to enter as you need to put the key into a lock which you can't see unless you squat down and then it's very difficult to take the key out. I don't know why they don't just use a card tap or pin number as it has the capability. Mattress too hard.

We liked everything there, the location, the service. (Ms) Na expected us at check-in and gave helpful tips. She made our stay a pleasant one. Free garage car park is provided, too.

Loved the location. The view was unreal, will be back again. Our host Lena was very helpful during our short stay.

The hosts would be bring extra coffee or tea if requested. I originally booked a sea view room but the studios are not sea view. I was upgraded for free to a seaview 1 bedroom that was lovely. I requested a very late check out and the small service fee was reasonable.

Finding the property is difficult. It's called Costa. The guards were not very friendly when I arrived via motorbike. It's possible to park in the back but English language comprehension was very difficult all around. The held my ID until checkout which I thought was a bit unusual but it all worked out in the end.

Very happy with this property, the apartment was much bigger and better than expected. And thanks to Lena for the excellent customer service.

Staff at the reception is really friendly, always helps with luggage and other stuff. Apartments are spacious, even huge. The building is located on the first line, there is a beach nearby. Parking is free. Sight is great. Nice balcony.

The place is not clean at all, there is black mold all over the bathroom. Shower leaks from every joint. Out of 5 lights only 2 was working in the bathroom, so it was very dark. During one of the rains two huge puddles of water appeared out of nowhere on the floor in the bedroom. Towels in the bathroom are so dated, they literally have holes in them, we were not surprised though as the cleaning staff use them to wipe above puddles on the floor. The kitchenware is ridiculous, it's there just to check a box on Booking, it is that scarce. You will be able to have a meal with it, but for five-stars apartments it is laughable. I also don't like when there are tiles on the floor all over the place, but that is just personal preference. About check-in - we asked for early one, but not only it was refused, but actually delayed for 15-20 minutes.
