The location of the rental was convenient to coconut grove which is what we were looking for. The beaches are a good 25 mins from the house. The interior of the home was clean though there were odd holes in the wall in some of the rooms. The listing also included a hot tub which was one of the main reasons we booked and it was dirty and empty which we were unaware of. It’s also a little awkward because the neighbors driveway is directly next to the hot tub. There’s some fencing up but it’s far from private. Neighbors also played very loud music on at least one of the nights we stayed and you can hear everything. There weren’t any reviews when we booked our stay so we weren’t sure what to expect but the photos looked cute and the hot tub was a bonus in February.

We were in town for a business trip. The work we had to do was physically straining and we chose this location because of the jacuzzi that was listed in the title. After the payment and reservation was secured we were told there was an additional $20/day charge for jacuzzi heat. I was willing to pay it but it should have been stated in the listing. I confirmed 3-4 days prior to arrival that I wanted to use the jacuzzi and was willing to pay the additional amount. I was told the maid couldn’t get the pump to work and it would not be available. Very disappointing! We were offered an 11:30a checkout (regular time is 10a) as a consolation. The house itself is in a great location near Coconut Grove but the neighborhood is a little sketchy, bars over neighbors windows, etc. and the road in front of the house is under construction which I think should also be disclosed. The parking was tight but we were able to fit 2 vehicles. You can tell it’s an older house which they have recently spent a lot of money renovating. New floors, new kitchen appliances, and one of the bathrooms recently renovated. I love the decor and style, some really cute choices! I am curious why they didn’t invest in a new coat of interior wall paint? It would really help with making the updates feel complete. There were several holes throughout the house in walls and scratches here and there that you can tell are from old wear and tear. Unfortunately, there was a bit of a hole in the floor

We traveled to Miami for a family wedding and needing a place for 10 people to sleep. The house was great, 3 rooms and plenty of space. Walking distance to a great little coffee shop. Will definitely be back!!
