Relaxing week away in the sun. Comfortable surroundings

The property was centrally located and east to find. The room was comfortable and the bed great to sleep in. The A/C worked really well given the temp outside was 35 degrees. The staff are very friendly and welcoming I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. Definitely worth a visit.

We loved our stay at Arden's house. Fantastic location, our room/ apartment has everything we needed, and we had a good breakfast each day to get us started on our day! Few things to consider before you go, this property is like an Airbnb or B&B. You'll have a nice homemade breakfast to start your day and a clean and comfortable bed to rest your body after a long day of activities. Our unit didn't have a TV ( some units do), which wasn't a problem for us as we didn't stay much indoors.To our surprise we had a washing machine ( big plus!), which in my opinion is more important than the TV! There are towels there, and if you ask the owners for more, they are happy to help. You'll need to bring your own personal stuff ( shampoo, body wash,etc). There is an iron and ironboard in the unit to use. Our unit had a small kitchen with a stove and fridge and basic cooking supplies. The location is in the heart of Bodrum. Everywhere you turn, you'll find restaurants, mini market to get necessities and tons of shops. It's not a beachfront, but the beach is a nice 5 -10 minutes walk. We loved everything about our stay there, highly recommended it!

Excellent location and quiet

Cool, quiet and comfortable. Great location near marina and old town. Good breakfast in the garden. Friendly owner who made us sandwiches for an early ferry. Recommended.

Great hospitality, location, amd ambiance.

The staff/owner was very helpful- even checking with us when we were lost and arranging a slightly early breakfast for us so we could eat before our dive trip. He also volunteered that we could check out late since there were no next day bookings. The location is also fantastic and breakfast was good and served in a cute little garden .

We stayed in the apartment and the bedroom didn’t have an air conditioner. That was fine for me but my husband felt it too warm and so stayed in the main room with our children on the sofa beds.

Worth the money👍👍

Very nice bed and breakfast , centrally located in the heart of Bodrum . Very helpful staff.

Our stay was wonderful but there is a comment to be mentioned: Room cleaning and towel changes rules should be mentioned clearly .

Peaceful short break retreat

This little place is set in the heart of cobbled streets, beautiful garden, peaceful, rooms are charming and quaint, Turkish breakfast was plentiful and a refreshing change to English breakfast. Kivanc and his sister are lovely people, welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. We loved our stay here, thank you

There are no negatives at all . Being so close to the center the prayers from mosques are loud and sometimes late at night.

great and carefree stay :)

the room has a very nice design, pretty and convenient, the mattress is great! enough place to put your luggage and hang your clothes. Bathroom is super convenient for two people - 2 sinks and twice more sink shelf place, so it was very comfortable for both of us to place our skincare and necessary things. located very conveniently, maybe 5 mins walk to the Bodrum castle, lots of cafes around and it is nice to take a walk in the bazaar

Nothing much, just maybe a few suggestions to make it even better: it would be great if for breakfast eggs would vary - maybe one day boiled, one day scramble, another day sunny side up, but in general it was great! oh and maybe to put a small sign at the entrance door to find the place even more easy, otherwise we were not sure if we are calling at the correct place :)

It was an absolutely perfect stay. Location is insanely good, very quiet street but 3 min walk to the hustle and bustle of central bodrum and the markets and stores. The city is super lively late into the night and there’s always something to do. The beach is also a very close and convenient walk away. Supermarkets and restaurants all around. Host was very trustworthy and helpful, we forgot our passports and money in the room and he kept them safe for us. The room was very nice and clean, exactly like the pictures. We will definitely return.

location, cozy & fresh rooms, nice owners, quick wi-fi enough to watch APPLE TV, the place safety & comfort. All pictures matching the reality :)

Some minor improvements to think of: 1) room cleaning during the guests visit 2) Turkish tea / coffee within the day , not only for breakfast

Lovely

- excellent location (five minute walk from sea front) - very friendly and approachable staff - lovely Mediterranean breakfast with local delicacies - accommodating to late arrival (was expected 2300-0000, arrived after) - comfortable beds, working A/C, appliances and warm water - close to local amenities (ATM, money exchange, supermarket)

- lack of parking is an issue but this applies to most hotels in the area (there are however car parks dotted around, for which you have to pay) - difficult to find at first (owner met us on the main road thankfully), but once you get your bearings it's not a problem
