Idéalement placé, restaurants à 12 min , proche plage , souk aussi pour un petit prix vous pouvez vous rendre dans les endroits si vous n’aimez pas trop la marche Le personnel est à l’écoute et serviable quand il manque quelque chose

Personnellement la musique à la piscine mais c’est un avis personnel j’aime le calme

Très bon rapport qualité/prix si vous garder ça je reviendrais c’est sur!

Petit déjeuner pas très clair sur le tarif, à l’hôtel il nous disait un prix, aux résidences un autre. Mais sinon assez bien, petit déjeuner bien servi, belle variété de produits. Peut être plus de fruits coupés serait le top du top!

Personnel aux petits soins et endroit calme

L'accueil ou le personnel et leur service de nettoyage

Le personnel vraiment au top. L'appartement les chambres la cuisine' C'est un super endroit des restaurants sont pas loin à pied idem le supermarché. La plage est à peine 5 mn en voiture. Nous pouvions aussi aller à pied. C'est idéal pour une famille avec des enfants aussi. Honnêtement on en a parlé autour de nous. Nous reviendrons bientôt avec les enfants car ils ont aussi appréciés nos vidéos

The stay was wonderful.

Dominium residence is well located in a tourist area and close to the beach.The staff were helpful and the apartment was clean and the beds together with the sofa were comfortable. Also the area is quite and the swimming pool is appropriate.

We arrived at the residence around 17:30 ,Yet the apartment wasn't ready ,we had to wait for about 30 to 45 minutes.

Le personnel et le cadre est très joli. Eau chaude avec de la pression.

La propreté et l’entretien de l’appartement n’était pas top. Poignée de la salle de bain cassée, fuite dans les toilettes.

Super Séjour très reposant, agréable et de très bon rapport qualité prix.

Le personnel est très professionnel, je remercie tout particulièrement Saadia à l’administration, c’est une personne très charmante, réactive et très professionnelle, l’ensemble du personnel de nettoyage et agents de sécurité. J’ai aimé la qualité des équipements, le service dans l’appartement, propreté, piscine, le calme de la résidence et l’emplacement. Le séjour a été parfait, je recommande vivement cette établissement qui nous a permis de nous réunir en famille, à refaire avec grand plaisir. Merci beaucoup encore à tous.

Top verblijf

We hebben hier een week verbleven en we kunnen stellen dat we een erg fijn verblijf hebben gehad. Alles modern en schoon. . Het personeel allemaal erg vriendelijk, complimenten! Ze willen alles voor je regelen en zorgen dat je het goed naar je zin hebt. Het inchecken en uitchecken ging ook erg snel en makkelijk. We hoefden ook geen borg te betalen. waar ook een groot zwembad is die je mag gebruiken. Om de hoek veel lekkere en goede restauranties om te eten. Het strand is ook op loopafstand. DANKJEWEL ZEPHIR AGADIR!

I wish I would have had towels during my stay. One day I was told that I needed to wait an hour. I went to get a towel at the front desk but then I was told that I needed to wait longer. I never got a towel for myself or my family during my stay.

Lovely having a “home” away from home.

*3 bedroom apartment was very spacious and clean. *The staff are very friendly; Mustafa and the ladies on the reception desk were very helpful and friendly. *Overall the facilities are very good, utensils, crockery were provided.

I would recommend the following: *The swimming pool to have a shallow end for older kids who are not very confident swimmers. *The dressing room had no rails and it would be good if hangers were provided. *A full length mirror in each property would have been good. *A mini market on site would also be beneficial.

Me and my family were extremely upset of the whole experience and I do not recommend to come

I like the city and the hotel location.

The hospitality was very bad , the communication was very poor , no towels were provided, found garbage and dirt in the appartement, we were promised that our stay will be extended then the reception asked us to leave the Appartement because they didn’t approved our request in their system. Me and my family were extremely upset of the whole experience and I do not recommend to anyone to come to this hotel.

Apartment and area was nice enough, but won't be staying again.

The layout of the room and the number of balconies. The pool is nice and clean. The aesthetics of the whole property.

The check in was a nightmare. We arrived at 7pm and had to walk back and forth from the reception to the property. There was about a 10 minute walk between them. The kitchen was under equipped. No kettle, not enough crockery, sharp knives or cutlery. No towels on arrival or fresh towels or linen changes. No cleaning and there was hair in the rug from previous guests. Backs onto a construction site so you could hear that all day and then the dogs barking all night. I wasn't too happy with the staff either. No information for Internet or manuals for the air conditioning unit. The property has a lot of potential, so was really disappointing

Very new facilities (we have been here in 2023) and modern furniture. Free parking and not far from the beach.

There was a big cockroach in our bathroom, the door handle to the bedroom was broken and there was no information sheet (for WIFI etc.) Staff was friendly but couldn’t speak a word English so we could not communicate.

Friendly, attentive staff - especially the night security Yoseph ! But all staff were friendly and helpful. The apartment was very clean and very comfortable (especially the beds!) Pool area is beautiful and well kept Location is excellent Would highly recommend

Very new apartment - 2 beds - plenty of room and nice balcony - lovely pool area and gardens

Ridiculously loud music by the pool Random cleaning process - plenty of cleaners about but couldn’t get our room cleaned

Very happy with quality and service provided, very comfortable and overall excellent.

It is very beautiful and well maintained as well as clean. Location is decent and staff are very friendly and accommodating, especially Yousef. Great value for money.

There was a distinct smell from one bathroom that wouldn’t go away. Towels were not provided upon arrival and it is difficult to find taxis around the area, as it is a little far from Agadir Bay.

Superb

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. Easily could reach the staff with any questions and positive response to our requests ( for instance a group of friends was making noise after midnight and we spoke with the administration and they resolved in a few minutes).I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Agadir .

Staff were rude - didnt want to speak in English Room had zero facilities - I had to ask for a towel several times and it was given the next day Better off renting Sables Dor which is a lot closer to the beach, cheaper, better views and nicer staff Rooms are dark and miserable

Clean and modern

Everything was so clean and the apartments complex is so nice and calmed. Workers at night of the apartments are so kind and professionals.

The receptionist from the hotel (not the ones from the apartments) he was so impolite and unprofessional. We asked for 3 people to sleep and we got an apartment with one bedroom with a double bed; and in the living room there was a bed-sofa. The problem is that the sofa (the one in the picture) It's not like regular ones and it doesn't have the size of even a singular bed due to his non regular shape and there was no bedsheets despite the reservation was for 3 people. Thankfully the night shift workers helped us as much as they could but I was unable to sleep as my height is 180cm and the bed wasn't shaped squared or rectangular, and they refused to refund the fee of 1 customer back.

Amazing Place

Beautiful place. Was given a lovely 2 bedroom apartment with an amazing view of the place. Would definitely recommend if travelling to Agadir!
