The city centre and its lively market, its cobbled streets and the beautiful canals of "Little Venice of the Alps" are a 5-minute walk away. The apartment consists of a living room – dining room that opens onto the balcony from where you can enjoy the sunset on the studs. The adjoining kitchen is fully equipped (rotary oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher and induction hob). The first bedroom has a 160x200 (Queen Size) bed and a private bathroom with toilet and bath. A corridor with plenty of storage serves the other two bedrooms, one with a 160x200 (Queen Size) bed and a desk and a last with 2 single beds. A bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet complete the apartment. It is equipped with a Smart TV, high speed wifi (fiber), and all the necessary equipment to have a good stay such as a Nespresso coffee machine, a raclette machine & board games... Linen will be provided for your stay, sheets, towels and kitchen towel. Many restaurants and shops within walking distance; you can get around without a car during your stay. The lake is a 5 min walk away. Bike rental nearby (a superb bike path makes all the way around the lake). ⚠️ Unless indicated: in France the bathroom is composed (of a shower or a bath), the toilet is departed. After 9pm, if a stand-alone arrival solution cannot be found, an additional €20 will be charged. If the accommodation is available earlier we will be happy to welcome you before 4pm. This can only be confirmed the same day.
