Standard work hours for this project will be from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday, unless authorized for weekend work. Contractors may be present on the property to commence preparatory tasks as early as 7:00 AM. Non-working holidays are already included in the schedule. To minimize disruption, any excessively loud work will not commence before 10:00 AM. Dates are subject to change. Not all units will be affected at the same time. There is a sandy beach just minutes from the condo; sand levels can vary depending on the weather and ocean conditions. There are also many other beaches walking distance and just a short drive away! Our on-island team provides: Dish soap, laundry soap and dryer sheets, in addition to a complimentary starter set of Papaya Noni shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and body soap. This condo is managed professionally by My Perfect Stays, an on-island property management company. **PLEASE NOTE that Papakea Resort requires a $25/day facility fee. The fee includes a parking permit, Wi-Fi throughout the resort, cable and local calls during your stay, yoga, water aerobics and other classes, complimentary use of tennis racquets, putting, and pickleball equipment. Additional vehicles are $5 a day.
