A little slice of paradise!

Everything! Location was perfect, close to beach and still close enough to walk to town centre. Everything was clean, shower pressure was 👌 Lots of activities for the kids to do aswell.

My only thing i would say if I had to, is that there wasn't a dishwasher! Lol No complaints!

Very disappointing. Checked out after one night.

The location was very good.

No soundproofing between the apartments. Could hear every word from the next apartment. The interconnecting door was not a solid door, could see the lights on in the next apartment at night due to gaps in the door. The apartment was very tiny and closed in with no outlook whatsoever. Had to keep the blinds down in all rooms as looking straight into next properties.

Beautiful, enjoyable, relaxing stay.

Relaxing and close to the beach. My Dad enjoyed his morning beach walk and found the people he met friendly.

Overall, a great family escape. Great memories, and we really managed to unwind together.

The size and layout of the house was fabulous, there was ample room for everyone, ensuring that we didn't get in each others way, and had our own space to unwind. The living, dining and kitchen areas were great. The location to the local cafe and beach was just awesome!

The bathrooms were lovely to look at, but poorly designed. They flooded after each shower, no matter how careful you were. This meant the bath was useless and constantly wet, and you had to ensure you strategically put your bath towel in a place that didn't get wet. This was out of reach. There was also no place to put soap, shampoo/ conditioner or body wash in the shower other than on the floor. There was no place to hang your towel in the shower, to ensure it didn't get wet. Other than the bathrooms (mainly the shower), the house was terrific.

We had a great stay, great location and lots of space with lovely layout and comfy beds.

Apartment was amazing, only issue was the design of the open showers, caused both bathrooms to become flooded, difficult to manage.

Very good

We loved the location, beds were comfortable, lovely big bathroom.

The sofa was not comfortable and the seating feels a little cramped. Unfortunately during our stay we had an extremely noisy family staying next door. These 2 apartments have a connecting door which allows noise to carry through very easily. We were not able to relax in the evening and had to turn up the TV quite loud to be able to watch anything as they continued to be loud until midnight most nights.

Perfect stay at the Bellvilla Suites

Bellvilla Suits are located in a perfect location short distance from the Merimbula Beach. We stayed in a spacious two-story Kingfisher Suite which had all modern amenities you can think off, including TV in every room. There was even a Nespresso compatible machine in an upstairs kitchen. The suite was perfect for our party of 5 as we required 4 separate bedrooms. It was great to have a bit of separation between the bedrooms we occupied. Access to the property was easy with a door code. The place was very clean and comfortable.

We loved everything about the Kingfisher Suite.

We had a very enjoyable stay at Bellvilla Suites and would recommend it to others.

Location excellent, accommodation was very clean and very well appointed. Bathroom was amazing with waterfall shower and very deep bath.

Could have benefited by addition of mirrors in the bedrooms as the unit only had one small mirror in the bathroom. The walls are a little thin as we could easily hear the family in the next room (and assume that they could hear us),

Wonderful stay in Kingfisher suite

The Kingfisher suite was perfect for three families. There was plenty of space for everyone and it was well equipped with everything we needed. It was in a perfect location where you could walk to the park and the beach. The beds were comfortable and the three bathrooms were great also.

Only complaint is the upstairs bbq was very dirty so we didn't use it. Also the ensuite with the bath - when using the shower a lot of water gets everywhere, just because if it's nature (not being a cubicle)

Good overall but has a few issues.

The beds were really comfortable and tge part me too was clean.

Where the parking is out the back, there is a lot of building materials and old appliances and other building rubbish that is taking up a couple of parking spaces. In the apartment, there is a locked connecting door to another apartment and we could hear the kids next door and their rattling of the door.

Enjoyable coastal getaway made better with the perfect little coastal apartment!

Location was perfect! Off street car parking was a plus too. Great facilities too, could have stayed another week!

Not really an issue but we returned one evening and there were no car parks left, not sure if other guests are only allocated one park each or ‘first in best dressed’. We didn’t really mind, but an elderly couple may have.
