The location was wonderful, the house was clean and well stocked, the owner communicated well and check in and out was a breeze. Two things I will note: 1. When you leave, there isn’t a checkout list 8 miles long which I am always grateful for; and 2. My ONLY complaint was that we stayed for 2 nights and was only provided one trash bag, so just be prepared :). But highly recommend!

Our stay at this home provided the perfect location to visit the redwoods. Comfortable furnishings and room to spread out with conveniences like a grocery store and restaurants nearby. It is half of a duplex, but we never heard anyone next door and the neighborhood was quiet also. We would definitely stay here again.

The house was just as in the pictures. Open concept which was great for our family trip. The rooms were comfortable and such a calm and relaxing setting. All supplies that we could have used were available. This was a perfect central place for our family’s Redwood Forest vacation.

The property was easy to get to, in a nice quiet neighborhood. The actual house looked like a new build in good condition. Unfortunately the first thing I had to do upon arrival was sweep and in the process I also found a sock that was just peaking out from under the sofa. There was also sand in between the flat sheet & duvet on one of the beds. And the main bath was not clean. We arrived late in the night & called the next morning with my concerns & was assured that the house had been cleaned before arrival. So I'm sure this will be addressed for future guests. The check in process was super easy, and I would stay there again in the future all things considered.

We had a very short stay in the Eureka area and had a wonderful place to rest and relax. This property was clean and inviting and met our wants and needs perfectly. Check in was easy, our host was accommodating and available if needed, and the location was great for our purposes. We hope to visit again!

Wonderful house easy access to the redwoods, Eureka, Beaches, hiking everywhere around you. The temperatures are so nice 60’s in the day 50’s at night, wonderful hiking weather. We really enjoyed our stay and cannot wait to come back.
