Featuring 4 bedrooms & 3 baths. Warfield features two en-suites with king beds, one located on the first floor and the second is located upstairs. The home also has granite counter tops, brand new appliances, beautiful vinyl plank flooring, amazing back patio, large backyard, Roku T.V. in every bedroom, well stocked kithcen, pingpong table, firepit, spacious yard and wireless internet. Warfield Manor has two en-suites. One on the first floor and the second is on the 2nd floor, each bedroom also features a King bed. Upstairs also features 2 additional bedrooms with queen beds and a hall bath. An iron and ironing board come with this unit for all of those important events and photos. The place was everything we needed. The host was very good with his communication. House was very clean. House looks small from outside but once inside it was more than enough space for 6 adults. We cooked each day, one thing I would suggest is maybe larger frying pans. The bonus was the individual heating systems for the upstairs bedrooms. I would recommend this home to families and friends. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home.

Overall this was a great stay. Each room had separate geating and cooling system which was great. Towels for every bathroom were clean and ready to us. Coffee, candy, and a bottle wine was provided. That was a really nice touch. The home is a classic that was remodeled to bring up to date! Very nice interior and exterior. Our family loved it. Would stay again when going to KY. Thank you all.

I have a large family and we needed to have a place to celebrate the holidays! Every person who entered the home was blown away about how adorable the home was. Anything we needed was there or a quick drive away. The home was already beautifully decorated for Christmas! The layout was perfect for four families to stay as well as plenty of living and visiting areas. We thoroughly enjoyed our time! I strongly recommend this home for your family!

Very nice house towards the end of a court made for a nice quiet stay for our group of 6. The house itself is adorable. Updated, comfy and well-appointed. Bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and spacious. Would definitely stay here again. Location was good for UK activities. Neighborhood is not as cute as the house.

The house was wonderful. We had 8 of us, and it was comfortable. I would mention that the downstairs "king" bedroom was wonderful, except you hear all the noise from upstairs, water, bathroom, walking, etc...If you have your pick of bedrooms I would recommend the "king" upstairs -wish I would of known that prior to my stay. The upstairs all have in room A/c/Heater units which is really nice. The location is great, and we met the neighbor Shane who was super helpful and sweet. I would recommend this house to anyone going to Keenland/Bourbon Trail.

We were in KY for UK family weekend. While the house was not in walking distance to UK, it only took a few minutes to drive there. The house is on a cul-de-sac so they street had little traffic and the neighborhood was very quiet. The house is so cute!!! We had a little alarm issue when unloading the cars but a few emails back and forth with someone at the rental company and it was quickly resolved! The bedrooms had plenty of room for everyone, as well as the living room. The amenities were amazing! Anything you need, they have it. While we did not get to use the backyard and fire pit, it was so cute. My daughter loved relaxing on the porch off the kitchen, reading her book each afternoon. There were also several games of ping pong played in the basement family room. The washer and dryer were very clean and did a good job washing and drying our clothes. On our next visit to UK, we will definitely book this house.

The location was great and safe. The bedrooms are great with comfortable beds and pillows. A few food items on the floor that the housekeeper didn't get, but it wouldn't deter me from staying here again. Overall, I would definitely book this one again!

This home was impressively spacious and accommodating for our group. When first arriving, we were a little nervous our group of 8 might be pretty cramped in what appeared to be (at least from the outside) a smaller home. Once inside though, we were very surprised how spacious it is. You can tell a lot of work went into renovating and remodeling this home. The owner even has some before/progress photos on the wall showing some of the process (nice touch). This cozy house provided the perfect oasis we needed after a long day of being on the go. we would definitely stay here again if we found ourselves back in the Lexington area.

This house is much larger inside than it appears outside - we had 7 people and never did we feel crowded. The beds are very comfortable, and the linens are nice. The kitchen has everything one needs - from coffeepot and supplies to spices and olive oil. The shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided in the showers is a very lovely touch. We would absolutely stay here again if we're ever back in Lexington.

The house was perfect for our family wedding weekend. Rather than rent 4 hotel rooms, we stayed at the Manor. Our family was able to visit, have snacks, make tea and great memories at the house. This would have been difficult to do at a hotel. Lovely house with the most comfortable bed!!!

We stayed in March 2023. This property is immaculately clean with a great kitchen and comfortable beds and bedding. The location is close to town. Towels, shampoo, soap and conditioner are provided which we are seeing less of with other properties of late. The ping pong table and basement Tv was great for catching games and staying active on a cold evening. Our party of four would stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay. The home is very spacious and beautiful. Our teenagers enjoyed the Roku televisions in every room. The beds were comfy. The kitchen is super nice and well stocked. We enjoyed the little chocolates on our beds. The neighborhood seemed to be very safe and quiet.

Property was exactly how it appears. Everything was in excellent condition. Area was quiet and safe. Easy Uber drive to downtown, super close. Plenty of room and bathrooms for our group. Only potential concern is that in the downstairs bedroom you can everything going on upstairs like it’s inside your room (footsteps, toilet, shower). Not much of a problem if your group goes to sleep at the same time, otherwise, avoid the downstairs bedroom if possible. I would and will stay here again when we return to Lexington and 100% recommend. It was perfect for our weekend quick trip!

We use VRBO often and this was one of our very best rentals. The place is obviously recently renovated and carefully maintained. Upon arrival we found everything we needed from toiletries to cookware. They keycode entry worked great. The house is on a cozy cul-de-sac with sidewalks. While we drove, the Greyline station is walkable and the doughnuts and coffee there were fabulous! I wish all VRBOs were this guest-friendly.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at the Warfield home. It was super clean and beautifully decorated. We loved the spaciousness of it and the outdoor sitting areas. A fun home for a large family or group, has a lot of hang out spaces. The exterior was super nice as well. Yard and house well kept. Our host was attentive to all our needs and was always quick to respond to my emails. A Five star stay and will recommend it to others.

We were very impressed upon initial arrival and our stay was absolutely amazing the entire time. Household amenities were well thought out and prepared for us. House is spacious and newly renovated. Great for teleworking. Some of favorite features were the cute back patio and backyard space for our dog, wall mounted tvs in all of the rooms, table tennis in the basement, and the king sized beds. Check in process was smooth and owners/managers were responsive and friendly.
