Located in Falmouth, this lovely house for R 19,981 per night is a great option for your next trip. This very unique building was a home decor store in its previous life. The post and beam/farmhouse style building is now a vacation rental with the bottom two floors approximately 4,000 sq feet being the main rental space. This home has an additional apartment upstairs that will only be rented out to someone in your group with your approval. The main property has 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, kitchen, dining area, office area, 800 sq feet of outdoor patio with built-in seating , fire pit, outdoor string lights, fenced in backyard and plenty of grass area for family fun. Some of the sleeping areas are loft style where the high ceilings are open space above. Some are completely enclosed. Two of the rooms are large bunk rooms with 3 queen beds in each. The kitchen is open to the living room and the dining area. There is a second common TV area downstairs just outside the bunk rooms. There are 2 outdoor showers to help handle a big group getting ready at the same time. Outdoor showers are a Cape Cod must have. Located just a mile from Falmouth's favorite Beach, The Heights Beach. The Island Queen Ferry to the Vineyard is also less than a mile away. This rental is perfect for extended families, couples with children, golf trips, family celebrations and wedding parties. For additional fee you can have use of the large one bedroom apartment that is perfect for someone in need of a little quieter space maybe an older couple or a young couple with a baby. What a great space for a group get together. The home had so much space and everything we needed and more. The location is right on the main road but once you step inside you would never know. And it was great to be close to the grocery stores and shopping. The main floor was set up perfectly for our group to hang out and do big dinners each night as well as watch football and play cards. And we loved hanging out by the fire pit in the back. Couldn’t have asked for anything better!

Great property with a great location. We came for a guys golf weekend and enjoyed the central cape location, spacious bedrooms, outdoor space and big TVs for sports. Would definitely recommend!

I stayed with some friends from school for retreat, and this was the perfect property to function as a home base. Every amenity imaginable was included from beach chairs and towels to paper plates for large group dinners. I would very highly recommend it and would happily return.

The house is on the main drag in town, at the light, but you would never know it. The yard is private and very nice and they did a fantastic job inside the layout of the house. Three bedrooms are in the basement and very nicely appointed with two full baths. Downstairs sleepers said any walking upstairs could well be heard and only a curtain between the two bedrooms was odd but required for fire. Overall, love the location and literally a 3 minute drive to an easily accessible parking next to the beach.

Our family weekend was an absolute blast, with ample sleeping space and a charmingly vast yard. The firepit and outdoor showers added extra allure. Moreover, the close proximity to various beaches and convenient access to nearby grocery stores make this gem an ideal choice. Highly recommend!

We had the most amazing experience renting from Donna. She was extremely responsive and the house had everything we could have needed! The location was perfect for our wedding week with everything we needed in close proximity. The beds were also very comfortable! We highly recommend this rental

Although not on the water everything I mean everything is just a stones throw away. The yard is perfect for children’s batting practice, corn hole and little feet running up z as bd down the space. Adults can sit by fire when kids asleep!! Great house great lay out great owners!

Perfect location right near the ferry! The house is absolutely beautiful and every little detail is thought of from the personal shampoos to the extra toothbrushes. We had an absolute blast for our girls weekend. We loved all the beds and space we had! Highly recommend!

The property was an awesome place to hang out with friends and enjoy a weekend together. There are plenty of beds so people can spread out and be comfortable, even in a large group. The rental was centrally located and we were able to explore surrounding shops and restaurants - I would definitely recommend Eli’s tavern while you’re there. Donna was a great host! She responded quickly to all my questions and made the check in process seamless. We would definitely stay here again for another big group excursion! Falmouth is a great destination!

We recently visited with a group of 16 and couldn't be happier with our stay. The property was extremely clean and recently updated - The open floor plan was fantastic! Nice yard and fire pit for gathering outdoors, playing yard games, etc. Donna's communication was great, and she was very flexible. Would definitely stay again in the future.

Donna's property was the perfect rental for your family getaway. Accommodations were clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The beach was so close! My family especially loved the backyard spaces. We spent all our nights outside by the fire. I took all my showers outside in the outdoor showers.

Donna is such an amazing host. She was so gracious and proactively suggested local activities. She was always very responsive. The house was also perfect! We had 3 generations. The teenagers loved the stay as much as the octogenarians. We all fit so comfortably and had many memorable evenings outside by the fire pit. Thank you for a memorable vacation Donna!

We LOVED our stay at this unique house! My wife and I stayed with 8 friends (4 couples). It was an amazing place to have a reunion with old friends!! The property is clean and well laid out. There were also plenty of bathrooms and showers, including our favorite feature, the outdoor showers. The backyard was beautiful as well. The house was extremely close to the center of town, and the Falmouth Heights beach was a short drive away. We had memorable nights by the fire pit, having cocktails and making smores. We had a great time and hope to use the house again next year!
