Pros:The condo was very clean. Beds very comfortable. Check in process was confusing but Marcelo made it very easy. View from balcony spectacular, see sunrise every morning. Pool area clean. 2 beach umbrellas and chairs included in the unit. Parking (although fee was expensive but we knew that going in) was plentiful. Cons: shower doors (full glass, 2 panels) leaked no matter what we tried. Had to put towels down on outside each time to prevent leakage onto floor. 1 key fob per condo, everything is locked up-entry and exit to beach, pool. For a family of 4, having 1 fob was inconvenient. Not enough towels. We had to purchase pool towels b/c not enough for a family of 4 for both shower and pool. Not enough seating, the condo has 1 leather couch but with a family of 4, we couldn’t all fit so sat in the bedroom. Overall however it’s a very nice condo and a nice complex.

The property is right on the beach, which is exactly what we wanted. Everything we needed was in walking distance. Great location and hope to be back again soon!

Speaking to Luis and Marcelo was both great, Marcelo met us and showed us the rules and he was very fast and kind, communication was fine, location was great and we didnt mind paying for parking and key fobs (although since it is a condo i wish key fobs were included as i assume the owner owns his condo and should have his own copies...kind of seemed like a money grab by the building if you ask me). The issue we did have was COCKROACHES!!!! We were mortified to see cockaroach spray under the counter. We hoped it was just for ants. But then we saw cockaroaches crawling out of the bedroom closet...the hallway closet...and worst of all the kitchen. I was too upset to move my family after driving 23 hours to Florida. So we kept killing them and trying to move past it. The apartment is so clean so it was such a huge shock to see how many cockaroaches were there. Likely a building issue. But the apartment had the spray so they obviously knew about it. You can imagine the anxiety it gave us. We had to wash everything and dry in hot heat when we got home. And im still scared that we brought something back with us. Aside from cockaroaches....the place could have been amazing :(

We are a very pleasent stay at this beach condo. There were 2 pools with ample chairs if you get there in the morning. The condo was as pictured and advertised. Communication with the owner and manage was easy. Check in and check out was not as fast as it could have been.

This condo is very spacious, with a beautiful view of the ocean and a fully-stocked kitchen for an extended stay. The property includes 2 pools, nice landscaping, and a private beach for condo guests. The unit has beach chairs guests can use. The property managers communicated quickly with us and met us upon arrival to show us the unit as well as the property amenities, which was great. And, they were very accommodating when we mentioned we had a late departure the final day. We'll definitely consider this unit again if we're able to return to Hollywood, FL for another vacation!

This condo was the perfect beach getaway for me and my chosen family! Sunrises on the beach were spectacular, and the water in the pool and beach were clean and just the right temperature. The gym in the facility was larger than we expected :) The kitchen was larger than expected and made it easy to cook dinners and breakfasts. Close to Walmart for shopping, and about a 40 minute walk on the beach to the Hollywood Beach Broadwalk!

Rented 2 other properties simultaneously & had it not been for THEIR instructions, we would have missed several important details. However once checked in, Axel made us feel at home. Private beach area, accessories for the beach ie chairs, umbrellas etc - were available in condo. Will definitely rent this property again!

It's great! Our check-in went smooth thanks to Luis making sure we were all registered before we arrived. Several guests with different owners had major delays, so I'm not sure where their missing link is, but don't let that discourage you from renting Luis' properties because he is on top of it. We did not bring a vehicle so I don't know what the vehicle parking registration process is like. We took the Circuit shuttle up to the broadwalk and the shops in Hollywood. It's $1 per person to go anywhere on the route. Plan for about a 30 minute wait for the shuttle. The beach is beautiful directly out from the complex and the pools are spacious on the property. Great find! Well worth the money.

This is a beautiful condo, just like the pictures, the view was amazing as well. Luis and Marcelo were very attentive, any questions I had, they would respond right away. Beds eery very comfy, location of the condo was convenient to anything we needed. I loved Miami, I loved the condo, loved the hostesses. We will plan to return and hopefully we will be able to stay here again.

Condo & Owner was wonderful. Management Agency of building had additional fees for parking, etc. Too many restrictions moving about the facility for our taste.

Close to beach, plenty of space.

Let me start out with the good. The place was super clean and supplied everything we needed. Plenty of nice towels and the kitchen was equipped with everything I could think of. The cafe Enjoy was exceptional. They delivered food directly to our condo And directly to us on the Beach. Everything we ordered was great!!! The patio gave us a nice view of the beach but the chair cushion were dirty. We just covered them with a towel and enjoyed the view and nice breeze. Now the bad...the Valet attendant was Rude! We had to pay 50 to park for 2 days and another 20(refundable)for a parking hang tag and another 50 for access to the building/beach/pools. I didnt think that was fair when we already had paid for the stay. The female attendant that issued us the key fob was very rude and seemed as she didnt want to be there but then we realized that it was just alot of rude people except for the ones that worked for Enjoy. People was staring at us as if we were intruders and didnt belong. I am not sure why because we had on our arm bands at all times and we believe in treating people with respect and kindness no matter what color there skin is. Our skin is dark. Last but not least, when we checked out at 6am, I ask the security quy at the front desk was there anything else we needed to do before leaving and how do we get our 20 back for the parking tag he replied "Maam, I have no clue". I said I'm sure we are not the 1st ones to check out early right. He replied No, people check out early all the time. My question to him was well, How is it that you havent taken the initiative to find out what people need to do in this situation. We proceeded to leave the premises and I text the property manager/ assistant(whom was great) and he said we should have left the tag on the table inside of the room in order to get the 20 back thru mail. Oh well we couldnt get back in so that 20 was a lost. I wish we had known about these mishaps and extra fees upfront. That's why I am leaving this detailed review so others will know.

The condo had everything we needed. The owner was very responsive and answered all of my questions. Great location on the beach and within walking distance of several nice restaurants

This place was outstanding and had everything we needed! Luis and Marcelo were both great to work with. For starters it was extremely clean! Beautiful ocean view, the bedroom was great with the 3 beds. Great for our family of 4. Overall outstanding experience and we will be back!!
