Great location, lovely views at the rear of the cottage, sat out on the terrace to have our meal. The cottage is well maintained, fully equipped and has been decorated to a high standard with lovely accessories. The beds were very comfortable.

Great location for walks with the dog, a little compact for 4, but really nice. Only downside the walk to nearby pub was around 30 mins 😊. Would return 👌

This is the second occasion we have stayed at North View Cottage. Our family really enjoyed our stay on both occasions. Claire is a wonderful host & the accomodation has everything that you could need plus more. fantastic countryside outlook from the rear deck & close to facilities & attractions. My family and I had a fantastic stay at North View cottage. The location was ideal for us to visit family and also take advantage of the beautiful countryside & nearby towns. The cottage was clean, well equipped, included entertainment for the kids (Netflix & Wi-Fi), and also had an amazing wood fire. Claire was a fantastic host and extremely responsive with any questions that we had. We have already booked again to stay at North View.

A great little cottage with everything you need, very cosy, great view and lovely walk through the lanes just behind, great for the early dog walk the next morning.

There is a damp smell in the kitchen and bathroom, and it’s probably time for a deep clean in these areas. Take care of that and this would be a perfect little holiday cottage from which to soak up the Peak District.
