This adorable beach home is 2 blocks to the beach, and has a brand new in ground pool for 2024. A golf cart is included in your rental. This home is an absolute gem and must be on your vacation list. This adorable beach cottage is only 2 blocks to the ocean on the quiet west end and is designed with as much charm and comfort as you can put in a beach home, it is a pure vintage beauty! Beach Baby has a great flow, new kitchens and baths, and exudes coastal charm throughout. About the home: Close to the beach, with designer touches, and featuring new tile flooring, modern new bathrooms, and new kitchen. Complete with 2 covered sitting porches (front and back) and a private backyard with brand new pool that can be heated for an additional fee. A true Beach oasis. Never rushed, Never crowded, this home is just easy to love. You will feel miles away from stress on your vacation. The fully fenced yard and beautifully landscaped grounds are great for kids or for the family pet (Dogs under 30 lbs considered with additional fee and preapproval.). There are 3 generously sized bedrooms, including a King bed master bedroom with ensuite bath. The first guest room has a queen bed and the other bedroom has twin beds, and they share the second bath. Beach Baby has 2 living rooms, one at the entrance that adjoins the kitchen and front porch, and a second living room with queen sleeper sofa that adjoins the rear screened in porch that spills out onto the pool deck. The fully equipped kitchen is available for those wanting to cook in. Guests can dine "al fresco" on the back porch or in the eat in kitchen. Laguna Beach is a golf-cart-friendly beach community with a very Beachy lifestyle. Located close to Rosemary Beach to the West and Pier Park to the east. You get access to all the fun, without all of the crowds. Beach access is easy with access at the end of the street, along with parking for your golf cart. Here are the rules: weekend to weekend only in summer and spring break. 25 or older to rent, primary renter must stay at the property. No college or Party Groups No Smoking or Vaping in the condo No Pets. and most importantly.. Beach Baby is only for fun people and has a strict No Grouch House Rule! if you are rude, hateful, or just plain mean. Rent somewhere else, this home is only for fun guests. Pets (dogs only) considered with prior approval. $225 plus tax per pet per stay. Check in 4pm Check out 10 am The day prior to your stay, a $500 damage deposit will be held on your credit card (like a hotel card imprint). Hold will be lifted 3 days after stay if there is no damage. This makes it easy and you dont physically have to pay a damage deposit then wait to have it returned.

Overall our stay at Beach baby was great. The place is accurately advertised and the proximity to the beach fantastic. The only thing i might suggest is that the host not scimp on toilet paper, trash bags, dish soap, or diswasher pods. For the cost of the stay its a small convenience to offer guests. They warn you ahead of time to bring these things bit we have stayed many times in PCB and these were just a given while staying in a vrbo home. The staff was very responsive to any problem that arose like light bulbs not working.

Liked the property however it was dark. We called and lightbulbs were changed except the kitchen which made it difficult to cook. They were an odd bulb. One of the smaller bedrooms overhead light went out after the lightbulbs were changed. Dryer cycles didn’t work well. Golf cart was a great addition but needs to be checked as it ran slow. Renovations were nice.

We just got back from our stay at the Beach Baby house and it was exactly as advertised! The house was perfect for our family of 5. It was very clean and recently renovated with a great floor plan. The location doesn’t get much better. With beach access only 2 blocks away, the golf cart made it super convenient to get back and forth with 3 kids. I would def recommend this house if you’re looking for a quieter area away from the hustle and bustle of PCB, but still want to be close enough to enjoy all the activities PCB has to offer. We will definitely book again when we come back to visit!

We enjoyed our stay at Beach Baby! The weather and the ocean were perfect. The house has a lot of room. Love the front and back living rooms. The ones that wanted to watch TV used the back one and we could set and talk in the front one without disturbing each other. Golf cart was a plus but it is short walk to the beach. Kitchen is well stocked for cooking. We would highly recommend this house for your vacation.

We were very happy with the house. There was plenty of room for everyone. With the golf cart, we were able to quickly get to the beach without wearing ourselves out carrying everything. Would definitely recommend this property.

Absolutely loved this cute and cozy house. Multiple porches and rooms allowed my family to spread out and enjoy our stay independent of each other but also come together for family time. Very enjoyable place!

This house was the perfect fit for our family and fur baby. The house was clean , cute and cozy. We greatly enjoyed our stay. It was a short distance to the beach , but the golf cart was very convenient for quick trips to the beach , to eat, and to little stores. We enjoyed our mornings cooking breakfast while the whole family hung out in the living room area. The yard was fenced in so our little Frenchton Louie could play safely . We spent our evenings on the back porch with a cocktail , laughing and spending quality time together . This house very perfect or us . Check in was easy and we had an overall great experience with warren beach rentals .

the house is really close to the beach, and could not have been cuter on the inside. We loved the space in the house, everyone had their own space. the screened in back porch was a real hit. 2 blocks to the beach.
