The master bedroom has a king bed and en suite full bathroom with oversized glass shower, and the second bedroom has a set of built in bunk beds (twin over queen). There is also a full bathroom off the hallway with tub/shower combination. There is also a washer/dryer available for your use. Ample parking for 2+ vehicles available. Guest access The owners also own 3 other similar bungalows on the street, and they are all professionally decorated and done to the nines! Their others are Sally's Speakeasy (54 Flounder - 3 bedroom), Sally's Bungalow (85 Flounder - 4 bedroom), and 69 Flounder (3 bedroom). All four can be rented (depending on availability) as a great way for multiple families to travel together! Other things to note Check in is 4:00 PM & check out is 10:00 AM. Please note we provide a starter set of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher + laundry pods for your stay Smoking is strictly prohibited. Maximum occupancy is enforced. All renters must be over 25 years of age, or if under age 25 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian. Golf cart is not to be driven past the town of Seaside to the East or the end of Highway 30A to the West. Resolving any issue from the golf cart battery dying because of the renters not charging it will be charged to the renters. Reservations are fully refundable until 60 days from check-in. Please note nightly minimums are typically longer over weekends and holidays.
