There is also a bonus room with a flat-screen TV and a large sectional for when you need a break from the sun or on chilly off-season nights. Other amenities include a full laundry room with a washer & dryer, a living room with a fireplace, WiFi, cable, and central A/C. New hardwood, laminate, and tile flooring are installed throughout with a fresh clean aesthetic and a sea-inspired palette.
