I really liked this hotel everything about is so amazing the room are so big and has anything you want inside them , the hotel staff and specifically the reception workers are very nice and kind they made my trip memorable honestly they were friendly and super helpful answering my questions and guide me to the best places in baku I highly recommend this place it’s one of the best hotels in baku they treated me with kind , the hospitality was so satisfying the room was ready when I checked in I didn’t even took 3 minutes plus they accept visa vending machine so you can be sure that cash ain’t a problem in this hotel i really enjoyed my stay here and surly i will repeated

Staff: most staff here lack training and professionalism: the guy that was at the breakfast restaurant is rude and don't know how to approach others. The cleaning staff is clueless and their cleaning needs cleaning afterwards (they didn't clean the rook for 3 times even though the sign was outside). Parking: I had a car and parking was absolutely a headache every single day fine for the lack of desecrated car park Room: the walls are then and you can pretty much hear everything you from your neighbours.

Stuff was amazing, especially Parviz and Ümid. These guys made our Holidays the best.

the hotel is in amazing location very quite at night and near most locations. the staff are the heart of this hotel they show true hospitality. very special thanks to ELchin and Asip amd Parviz they made our stay more comfortable and enjoyable.

Only poor isolation between rooms you can hear everything from other rooms and the street.

it is very reasonable. it is newly made so the rooms are clean. the staff is extremely nice and helpful

the location, how small the bathrooms and rooms are and their Resturant doesn’t have anything aside from 1 salad and 5 soups. it’s relatively far from the town. so you’ll have to take a bolt- unless you want to walk which would take 30 to 40 mins
