Spectacular views from every window! Sycamore Retreat is a family friendly, waterfront chalet on Lake Sycamore. Perfect for swimming, fishing and kayaking! BRAND NEW FURNISHINGS AND BEDDING The chalet includes a master bedroom with king bed, Roku TV and wonderful natual light flooding the space; adjacent main floor bathroom with washer and dryer; a fully stocked kitchen with dishwasher; family room with a beautiful stone fireplace to warm up on those cold winter days, comfy sectional, DVD player and Roku TV, coffee table height foosball table; loft area with cute bunkbeds, twin bed, twin sized convertible chair bed, toys for the kids, oversized bean bag chairs and an additional Roku TV and DVD player with DVDs for the kids; additional bedroom upstairs with queen bed; full bathroom upstairs as well! The deck has Adirondack chairs surrounding the gas firepit and a 6-person dining table complete with umbrella. Down by the dock, you will find a wood burning firepit, 2 kayaks, Aqua Lily Pad, life jackets, fishing poles and a beach area with beach toys! Ready for fun filled days in the sun! Grab the S'mores kit and head out to one of the firepits to start roasting some marshmallows and making great memories! Sycamore is a lovely property on a small pond/lake. It has a beautiful deck with outdoor fire table as well as an indoor fireplace. There's also a fire pit by the water to make smores. Plenty of chairs. Everything needed for a comfortable get away. Toys to help entertain the kids as well as 2 kayaks. Enjoyable.

The house was perfectly appointed. The home owners clearly take pride in the home and value their renters. Everything we could have possibly needed was at our fingertips.
A smores recipe list and all the fixings were in a cute little tote to take down to the darling firepit area. They even provided a lantern, lighter and marshmallow roasting sticks. It was very cute.
We've stayed at Insbook before. In our past stays, we've been a little disappointed in the property when we see it and try to stay there. When things are dirty, broken, leaky, not functioning properly and uncomfortable, you know that the owner doesn't stay there and doesn't care about the renters. THIS HOME IS WELL LOVED AND IT SHOWS!
From the darling lake, well maintained deck and dock to the kayaks, life jackets and Lillypad...what a blast. We left only to get coffee from the new cafe' and take out one night at the restaurant. We could have stayed a week!
The last thing I'll mention is that there instructions for everything. That was very refreshing. The welcome book had most everything you needed, but there were also laminated sheets here and there for with instructions. No guessing means no frustration! Communication with the host was also prompt and courteous. Once again, so much better than dealing with a management company!
We would stay again and again! Thanks for attention to detail!

We had such a nice weekend. The private lake and activities were so much fun.
Our children loved the kayaks, fishing poles & the lily pad. We all loved the fire pit and s’mores- even our dog enjoyed relaxing by the fire.
In the future, you may want to add a few things to the kitchen, foil, plastic wrap, other pans and baking dishes. Also, since the rental is fairly new, you may want to stick up on refrigerator essentials like mayo, mustard, dressings etc. a few hooks in the bathroom will help with drying towels.

Enjoyed every aspect of the trip. We rented a golf cart from a local which was the best decision we could have made to get around the resort. The house and semi private lake was fantastic for swimming and fishing. The pool is a great place for a lake break…be wary that the restaurant attached to the pool is frequently closed. The regular restaurant was available regularly. We did go to the brunch, it was OK… not great. I’d opt for a home meal. The house was perfect for us. We hardly spent time inside but when we did we enjoyed the board games and hanging out on the deck. The s’mores set up was perfect for our boys. We also found a local person (Lynn helped) to rent a pontoon for a Lake Aspen day.
Lynn was super responsive and a great host. All in all, amazing. Highly recommend.

This place was all we wanted and more. The owners are super responsive for any questions, and I asked alot of questions before hand. When we arrives onsite, the check in was exactly as they said and awesome provision of materials for smores and different recipes. My son and I loved kayaking and we all loved the pool and tge clubhouse. Even with small hiccups, because of weather, all was still amazing and could not find a better place.

The chalet was absolutely perfect. Everything you would need to enjoy your weekend was there and available. The small, private lake was perfect for our family. The kids loved the kayaks and lily pad. Communication with the homeowner was quick and easy.

We had an excellent, quiet getaway. The house was spotlessly clean and full of thoughtful extras - a s'mores bar, stacks of firewood, a heat lamp next to the shower, a small battery-operated lantern, nightlights for the kids. The lake is small and lovely and the neighborhood is peaceful. We will definitely be back. Thank you for hosting us!

This chalet was perfect! It exceeded our expectations. The upstairs kid area was really cool. Our college aged kids loved it! This is by far our favorite chalet that we've stayed in at Innsbrook. Looking forward to staying there again.

This was the perfect place for our girl’s trip! It was clean, cozy, well stocked with essentials, had a beautiful view, and the property manager was quick to answer any questions we had. We would highly recommend it to anyone and look forward to staying again. The added perks of the Innsbrook Resort are great too! There are so many things to do, and it’s a perfect place to relax at as well!

My family and I were so happy with this property! It was a perfect set up for family fun. Lynn was super responsive to any questions we had before arriving. The property has everything and more that you will need! My kids especially enjoyed kayaking, fishing, and all the board games provided! Oh and of course the s’mores!! The house was extremely clean and decorated so cute! We will definitely be coming back!!

Our family had a wonderful stay at the Sycamore Retreat! So many fun games provided by the hosts for adults and kids to play! The large deck out by the lake was such a nice feature and we really enjoyed the fire pit.

Wonderful Way to Spend a Birthday!
We rented this lovely home to spend our son's birthday enjoying the lake. We loved the smores and the variety of board games! There were so many things to do to keep us entertained and a cozy atmosphere when we wanted to rest. They made sure we had everything we needed from a pizza pan to laundry pods. Our host left a welcome book and answered us very quickly if we had any questions. The only thing my son would change is the shower heads in the shower....as an adult the pressure was wonderful....as a kid he wasn't a fan.

Awesome family vacation!
This property is perfect to take the family for a fun getaway! We brought our 2 and 3 year olds who had a blast. The lake is the perfect size, we took both kids out in the kayaks which they really enjoyed. Life jackets and beach toys included which was very helpful. The host also provided camp themed toys, board games, and crafts, which was perfect on the rainy day of our stay. Despite the rain, we enjoyed staying inside playing games and watching movies. The big windows provide a pretty view of the lake. The beds are very comfortable with plenty of extra pillows and blankets. My kids loved the bunk beds with camp-themed bedding.
The deck is spacious and we had so much fun roasting marshmallows for s’mores around the fire pit, we tried all the different recipes! The kitchen is well stocked with lots of counter space, my husband especially enjoyed the coffee bar with Starbucks coffee and several different creamers to choose from.
I highly recommend this property! The host is very helpful, replies quickly and supplies everything you need for a fun, relaxing stay!

Wonderful weekend getaway
This is an amazing chalet! Great location and well maintained. Beautiful deck with fire pit. Enjoyed kayaking on the lake. The host thought of everything from a fully stocked kitchen to s’mores to toiletries. Even a special treat upon arrival. Thoroughly enjoyed our weekend!

We loved our stay - beautiful property with great amenities. Perfect for a family get away. We disc golfed at Eagle Crossing which is 40 minutes way - one of the best in the country. It was so nice coming back to the cabin and enjoy the resort property.
