The pool is closed for the winter season and will be reopened for use by May 3rd, 2024. --- Amenities: Every Rove property is equipped with a fully-stocked kitchen, Nespresso machines, high thread count linens, and Malin & Goetz soaps. Other Things to Note: - A refundable credit card hold of $1,000.00 is required as a security deposit for stays at this home to cover any property damage that may occur during your stay. A credit card is required for processing and the hold will be placed 48 hours prior to your arrival. The release of this hold will initiate 2 days after your departure following a departure inspection of the home by our local team. - Rove requires a property rental agreement to be signed by the primary guest prior to arrival for all reservations at this home. Home Truths: - If you want the pool heated during your stay, there is an additional $75/night pool heating fee. Parking Details: - Open gravel driveway, plenty of space for parking. Disclaimers: As a reminder, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in a odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1000 as well as possible removal from the property. Pets are not allowed at this home. If an unauthorized pet is on the Property, Occupant is in breach of their rental Agreement.

2 couples stayed and had a great visit! Drove to Montauk lighthouse. Visited Gurney’s and the Inlet restaurant. Walked from the cottage to a chowder restaurant. The house was clean and neat. It was an excellent property and would TOTALLY rent it again.

The property was nice and overall was clean. Perfect location & no true issues other than a few personal preferences that may not bother others. There was a lack of hand towels, a few bugs which is to be expected and we didn't love the beds. Most of the group likes firmer beds & the bed were very soft. The sprinkler system does go off in the middle of the day by the pool which was a bit inconvenient, but we didn't ask how to turn them off so mostly on us. Since the pool is surrounded by grass & trees vs more of a permitter there are quite a few bugs in the pool. Otherwise, we had a great stay!

This property is in a great location, walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants. The house is cute and had lots of space for four of us. Kitchen is well equipped. The pool and yard look nice too, although it was too cold to swim when we were there. Neighborhood was quiet, no noise from neighbors. We enjoyed our stay and would return.

The property is in an ideal location, literally next door to Bostwick’s. The stay was for the thee of us: dad, 12 year old boy, and a 9 year old girl. The property is beautiful. The pool is great. Very clean,. There was a water filled Nespresso machine ready to use, with lots of extra nespresso pods of varying flavors in the cabinet. The light switches were thoughtfully labeled. The entire house had all the extra touchings of a hotel room. Everything worked. They are clearly thoughtful and aim for a top notch experience. The management company, Rove deserves major kudos. I accidentally left some articles that were important to me, after check out. They hopped into action and called me within the hour. Then they contacted me several more times to ensure that I received the FedEx with my belongings. It was above and beyond. Going forward, I will stay in a Rove property, anytime. I would give them six stars out of five!

Hidden gem

This little cottage is the perfect getaway! It is set back hidden from the road and in the perfect location, one mile from the beach and one mile from town. The yard is gorgeously landscaped with a beautiful pool. The home is immaculately clean and well stocked with everything you need. Jojo and team were a pleasure to work with- extremely responsive and addressed all of our needs. Rove travel, this will not be our last stay with you. Thank you for a vacation our family will never forget!
