This unit features two bedrooms and a “Hollywood” bathroom, which has a second sink/vanity in the Master Bedroom that can be closed off from the main bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials, such as coffee maker, coffee grinder, electric water boiler, toaster, blender, cookware, silverware, ceramic and plastic dishes, four burner stove, oven and microwave. Other amenities include: bed linens, 4 sets of towels, 4 beach towels for Barton Springs, iron and ironing board, hair dryer and free laundry in laundry room on first level. Cleaning Fee: $200 for all monthly stays,$115 for short stays, mid-stay cleanings are available for $25/hour
