The suite is located five minutes from the city centre where you can find bars and restaurants, grocery stores (including Costco), Langford Lanes bowling alley, the new Boulder House, and perhaps catch a game at the Starlight Stadium which is home to Rugby Canada, the Pacific Football Club and Westshore Rebels. In addition, there are many beautiful hiking trails in the area, including Mt. Finlayson, Mt. Wells, Thetis Lake and so much more! Your vacation suite is equipped with a combo washer/dryer unit, fridge, stove, TV, queen size bed, and sofa bed. The home has three units with permanent tenants, upstairs and beside this unit. There is no driveway parking available, however there is plenty of street parking. Also should be noted that there is no access to the backyard.
