this was a total disaster!!!! Two full days wasted cleaning playing Maid & plumber!!! fortunately there was plenty of OUTDOOR activity to keep us out of the place to ignore the filth & poor excuses or as said in text "This summer has been very busy up there so there’s a little more wear and tear than usual and the housekeepers are getting strained" with ZERO empathy at the fact I spent two days calling and texting and being walked through how to fix the blocked sink and I had to fix the toilet chain (sorry electric!) let’s not even get into how I sent him photos of the dirty toilet & shower curtain that was legit a clear curtain but had orange buildup all over it HUGE INDICATOR this was not clean!!! But it gets better…The owner stated it was KNOWN to him that the master bedroom had NO curtains AND the blinds were broke like someone had some cat brawl.. AGAIN in text (I got screen shots & TIME/DATE photos/videos for anyone interested) HE did not seem to care much BUT to insult by making poor excuses and stated he’d make sure to have someone go in after our stay to take care of the place…just all around sad!! I don’t know where to stop…. But I have to!!! Just like I had to stop spending days texting and talking with Him… I WISH I COULD UPLOAD THIS FOR YALL!!! ITS SHOCKING TO BE HONEST!!!!!!!!

Everything was so easy and not overwhelming. Comfortable place to hang out and relax in between things to do! Near so many restaurants and shops

We stayed here to see the fall foliage and to visit the White Mountain National Forest. It’s location is great and is just as pictured. Great place for a family getaway. Communication with owner was fabulous.

It wasn't the biggest place we have stayed at in NH, but it did the trick for a small weekend getaway with the kids. We love the Lincoln area and this was right near everything. Communication with the property manager was fantastic. We were a very late arrival and it was easy to get into the building, get our key, and get to our place. The pool could be updated ...... there's rug around the pool which was odd. The river right behind the building was definitely an interesting spot for the kids. Overall it was a nice place. It is a bit cramped in the common areas, but completely doable.

I finally decided to give VRBO a try and I'm so happy I did. For a similar price to a boring old hotel, we had a two story retreat all to ourselves. My kids loved the loft space with the bunk bed, we loved our own private room and we all loved the balcony and roomy living area. The arcade, indoor pool/spa and outdoor pool were just icing. And Rick was super organized, responsive and helpful. Absolutely great experience and if we head to that area again, we'd definitely book again.

This place was perfect for my needs,it was clean and had everything we needed.I recommend it for a family with children.
