About this house rental

Situated in Costa Rei, this attractive house for R 2,343 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Panoramic house in the tourist resort of Costa Rei, in via della Rocca, famous for its long sandy beach, crystal clear sea and numerous coves nearby. The house consists of: 2 bedrooms (1 double and 1 bedroom with 2 beds) the sofa bed in the living room, bathroom and private parking. The living room and the kitchenette are very large, we usually eat on the terrace which is just outside the living room. The house is equipped with all services: washing machine, oven, television, indoor and outdoor shower, barbecue, all the beach equipment and games for the sea for children. The house is surrounded by 3 parts by a beautiful garden of 400 meters, full of flowers and fat grasses. The house is an ideal place to rest and is far from the chaos of the coast (by car it is 4 minutes from the beach). Mainly we use the car as there are many beaches and different bays. WiFi Internet service costs 10.00 a week, and a prepaid card must be purchased on site near the petrol station. In the summer, on Thursdays and Saturdays, you can buy typical products, Sardinian handicrafts, clothes, fruit and vegetables at the local market at Piscina Rei. Also near the village Free Beach you can find the bus stop for Cagliari and the shuttle to Muravera and the other for the most beautiful bays in the area. How to get to Costa Rei: - by plane: from the main Italian cities scheduled flights or special flights to Cagliari airport. - by ship from Livorno, Civitavecchia, Naples and Palermo to the port of Cagliari. - By car from the port or airport of Cagliari, follow the signs to Villasimius. At Villasimius follow the signs for the new highway 125 and then continue towards Costa Rey. - From the port of Arbatax take the national road 125 for Muravera and then continue towards Costa Rey. - from the port of Olbia take the road 135 in the direction of Nuoro then continue to Villagrande Strisaili / Arzana then take the 125 for San Vito / Muravera and take the road to Costa Rey.

La casa è dotata di quasi tutti i confort, molto pulita e in posizione fantastica: a 5 minuti dal mare ma immersa nella quiete, fuori dalla confusione. La proprietaria è disponibilissima a fornire consigli su ogni necessità. Ci siamo trovati molto bene.

Wir waren zum 2. Mal dort. Es ist schön abgelegen, so dass der Kinderlärm die Nachbarn nicht stört. Die wenigen Nachbarn sind entspannt und nett. Haus liegt in den Bergen oberhalb von Costa Rei. Es ist sauber, gut ausgestattet und hat einen netten Garten.

Das Reihenendhaus auf einem Huegel ueber dem Meer ist ruhig gelegen und mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet. Es verfuegt sogar ueber ein Baby-Reisebett. Der Blick von der Terrasse aufs Meer und die direkt angrenzende Natur ist super. Wir wuerden jederzeit wieder das Haus mieten.

Nice house with a nice view

We enjoyed this nice house very much. It is located at the end of the road on a little mountain and therefore very quite, to get to the beaches it is about 5 minutes by car. The kitchen is well equipped and everything you need to prepare your own meals is available, the refrigerator is big and equipped with a freezer. On the terrace you have a large table and sufficient chairs, as well as an open fireplace, which is also useable for BBQ. The view is very nice, as you have a good view to the sea and also have a view to the mountains. The bedrooms are large enough, but for our feelings the large bed was too soft. The small bathroom has is equipped with a shower, sink and also a washing machine. Next to the house there is a parking lot, which is shared with the neighbors, with sufficient room for the car.
