I left a longer review on Evolve (management company). This house is poorly maintained by the management company and it is almost impossible to contact them. My cleaning fee should be refunded, as this house had dirty bathrooms, dirty kitchen, dishes and oven, and bugs in the house. Take toilet paper and paper towels. I am used to our numerous other bookings where the companies left enough for a few days. There was zero in the house and forced us to navigate very winding and steep roads after dark.

Lovely vacation rental! Spacious with plenty of room for everyone....together and apart. Large open living area, fully equipped kitchen and large dining area for the family, but separate beautul bedrooms and baths for privacy and quiet time. Breathtaking view from the massive deck overlooking Beaver Lake. Huge driveway and garage for parking. Easy to find. Had a great time and would certainly go back!

The house was very nice. Great veiw of the lake. Didn't care for steep and wanding roads to get to it. You have to drive a little to get to pool but it is nice. Steep driveway.

The beautiful view was as good as the photos. The living spaces were large and the kitchen was well-stocked with cooking pans and utensils. We spent a day in Eureka Springs and a day just hanging at the house. The contact person and owner were helpful and polite.

This home was perfect for a large group. Table seating was huge, lots of comfy couches and chairs. We came Thanksgiving weekend and was using this house to host our family Thanksgiving. The owners home has the best views for hanging out, relaxing, playing games and much needed visiting with my family. Not trying to nit pick, but there was a few issues I wanted the owners to know about. The Air hockey table wasn't working. The shower in the bathroom next to the kitchen was pretty useless, it had no water pressure and barely a trickle came out when we tried to use it. Probably the biggest concern was the oven didn't heat properly. It took over 2 hrs to bake a pre-cooked casserole on 350 because it just wasn't getting heated up to par. Other than that, the house was perfect and we really enjoyed our time there. The property contact was great about resolving a few other things that wasn't up to par. We understand we were the Tale end of a back to back booking and there was bound to be some issues from having guests in the house before our arrival date. Thanks for letting us stay at your beautiful place.

Beautiful clean home with a great view, all amenities promised were delivered. Appreciated the little things - cooking equipment, enough towels, toilet paper, etc. Accommodated my seven friends with no problem.

Renting this property and communicating with the property manger was very easy and the response was timely. Each of us throughly enjoyed the property and it had enough comfortable room for all.

Beautiful view and deck very accommodating! Clean linens, comfy beds and large windows throughout the home. Downstairs rec room was great as well as the kids bunk room. Large kitchen as well

This house was perfect for our multi family vacation! The views are stunning and the house was so clean/comfy to enjoy ourselves. The house had everything we would ever need which was so convenient. The home owners even helped us out with something we accidentally left behind which was appreciated. Quiet and so family friendly. We'll be back!

Everything from our stay starting with the booking , checking in and checking out, was so smooth and easy, and the view could not have been more perfect!! The house was very well stocked with everything we needed and more! Memories were made with my siblings, our spouses and our mother. Very relaxing and lots of games and laughter! I highly recommend this house!

This was an awesome vacation house for our 3 families. What an awesome view of Beaver Lake from the living room, the dining area, and the Master Bedroom. We also had several deer coming right up to the house. We cooked dinner from the kitchen that was big enough that we weren't stepping all over each other and there were plenty of utensils and dishes. Except for the food, everything else was included with the house. Nice washer and dryer also. The deck was awesome and big enough for us to all sit around and visit and listen to music and even play cornhole. This was a fantastic find for us and if we make it back to this area, we will definitely want to rent this again!!

Great home with great layout. Lots of windows and deck space to enjoy lake views and sunrise. Homeowners are new to VRBO but very engaging and working through their process to get better. Home had some flaws and dated but owner either rectified the issue or has plans to fix the issue in near future. Homeowner has plans continue improvements to home.

We are a large family so finding a home that comfortably housed seven of us for the weekend was a real treat - although the home has bedding for even more. The location above the lake also provides a stunning view of sunrises on the water and evening canopies of stars. The downstairs game room was a blast and we enjoyed making burgers on the upstairs deck grill. We were a short drive from the marina and a scenic drive to Eureka Springs. The home was clean, comfortable and spacious. This location may become a family tradition for us.

This house was perfect for our multi family vacation. Toynua was so wonderful to work with and was great to communicate with for any concerns or questions we had.. The house had everything you could need available. The kitchen was well stocked with staples. The house is clean, the beds were comfortable. The view is amazing...did not want to leave this view! So pretty! We had deer in the yard every night. It was a perfect vacation to just relax and enjoy our family time.

This was a perfect home for my family of 13! Beautiful lake views!!! We had deer visit each day and we had plenty of room for everyone without getting underfoot. Swimming area a close drive. With a short drive, there is a lot to do in both Eureka Springs and Roger's. If we come back to Beaver Lake, I would definitely hope to stay here again!

Great family getaway

We spent a weekend here to be close to the lake and near Eureka Springs. The marina is a short 10 minutes away and Eureka Springs a scenic 40 minute drive. The house had plenty of space for all seven of us. We especially enjoyed the spacious windows and balcony views of the lake. What a great weekend!
