Situated in Yarmouth, this attractive condo for R 3,942 per night is a great choice for your next break. Spacious, bright and private 1st floor apartment in a family friendly, quiet residential neighborhood. We are right off the corner of main street restaurants, pubs and stores and within walking distance to royal river park. The kitchen is large and great for cooking family meals. Equipped with island, dishwasher and all your cooking needs. There is a separate dining room and living room with high ceilings and beautiful hard wood floors throughout. One parking spot is available inside property, easy street parking for additional cars. Private laundry is available in the basement. Very bright and beautiful space set in a charming, quiet neighborhood. This is fantastic location, the clam festival which happens the 3rd week of July; passes right in front of our property. We are a short drive to excellent Portland restaurants, breweries, state parks and just a few minutes from Freeport shopping!

I rent all my VRBO’s by traveler comments and reviews. So I like to leave reviews that reflect and are helpful. So, only two things stood out. There’s no tv and honestly, this could be in the description, if you are a “spread your cosmetics on the bathroom counter” kind of person you won’t be able to do it here. There is only a very tiny sink and in the bathroom. I mean tiny- like- large hand size! There is a continuous smell of old basement, but it’s an old home. The location is fantastic the town is very nice and the owner was great! To have parking was also great!!

Absolutely loved our stay here, very cute and clean one bedroom with a ton of space! Jacqueline is a great host, very accommodating and even left us little welcome gifts. This house is super convenient if you’re looking to explore both Portland and Freeport and there’s some real gems in Yarmouth (especially loved our dinner at Gather right down the road). Definitely would recommend this property to friends and would return!

This is a sweet property. A lovely garden greets you and inside is a charming apartment with many thoughtful touches. Jacqueline is a wonderful host - flowers on the table, an assortment of drinks and goodies, and an interesting assortment of books in the living room. The town is quiet and charming making it a good home base for exploring Portland, a short drive away. Easy walk to "Gather", a terrific restaurant. A very enjoyable stay.

Everything was perfect; the location, the accommodations both inside and outside. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. We were just fine with it, but if you really need a tv, it didn’t have one. It had everything else.

Very clean, well kept, attention to detail, quiet, comfortable and within a short walking distance of the Main Street. Jacqueline was lovely as well. I would stay there again anytime!

What a lovely apartment. Everything was very clean and well decorated. It is perfect for two people to visit that area of Maine. Host was very easy to communicate with and made renting very easy. Thank you for all the little touches that made it feel so special to stay here. We hope to be back someday.

I stayed at this lovely apartment in Yarmouth for three weeks and had an amazing time. The apartment was clean and had everything I needed. Having a private entrance, parking space and washer and dryer was great. The property is well maintained with flowers everywhere. Bed was comfortable and apartment was very quiet and relaxing. The owner is super sweet and professional and always available. Being able to walk to the historic village was very nice. I highly recommend this apartment.
