The room smelled like a cat litter box. I wanted to change rooms but I was told that they didn’t have any that rooms. But later I saw people checking in so there were rooms open that I could have switched into. They told me they would spray the carpets and vacuum. That only made it worse. It was hard to sleep with all those horrible smells. Didn’t even offer me anything for staying I that room.

The property was welcoming with an upscale feeling.
Loved the comfort of the bed and pillows and the glass door in shower was a welcome surprise as opposed to the usual tub and shower curtain offerings.
I look forward to planning a trip back here, highly recommend!

A bit noisy since our room is facing big Jamboree Blvd. Too many cars racing at night

This is a business hotel so pretty average with a nice lobby and standard rooms. Unfortunately the wifi in our room didn’t work so that was a huge negative as we needed to do some work and we didn’t have great cell service in our room either so hot spot was out of the question. Otherwise not a bad place to stay, close to a ton of things and John Wayne airport.

Good decent rooms , great surrounding and easy and convenient location to travel in and around the city. It would be great if they could provide small microwave as well. When travelling for kids microwave adds to an advantage.

The best part about this hotel was the staff! Everyone I came into contact with was so friendly and helpful. I never felt like I was inconveniencing any of them.

A person in the room across the hall was smoking throughput their stay and the smell and smoke was moving across the hall into my room. I called 3-4 times and was told it would be dealt with it never was cleared up. All that was done was to spray in the hallway and that only lasted till the next cigarette.

Check-in was super easy (Delfin at the front was amazing & friendly), self-parking was plentiful, and the room was clean & as expected. Check-out was also easy and they have a Starbucks on-site makes it nice to grab before you go out for the day. Would/will likely return here when needing a spot in the area.

Nice stay it was really quiet area nice hotel no free breakfast which sucked but overall it was a great stay! Its like 10 mins from the Irvine spectrum center and not to far from the beach

Good location in Irvine. Very close to UCI and the OC airport. Hotel lobby and grounds are beautiful, but it’s a whole different story when step into the elevators and on to the rooms. Old and tired and not maintained well.
Toilet flush was broken. Pipes were very noisy. AC unit was old and loud.
Housekeeping only comes every other day. And the day they came, the room was left dirty. Bathroom was literally not touched. Hair left on the floor and in shower, water spots on floor tiles remained, toilet bowl not cleaned. Surfaces were so dusty. Only thing that looked different was the neatly-made beds in the room.

Toilet didn’t work and it took 10 hours and 2 calls to get it fixed. Rooms were dirty and stains everywhere. AC smelled like cigarettes and shower drain smelled too.

The staffs are horrible. At almost 5pm, still no room available and seems like I'm begging for a room. Ordered me to wait one more hour and nothing they can do. I said give me a lower grade room and they said sure but same price.

This location was convenient for the business I was conducting, but it appears that they've updated the lobby; but the rooms haven't received the same level of attention. It was clean enough, but I'd probably try to find a better option, even if it was a little further away.

Easy check in and the staff were friendly. Room was very dirty. Shower was filthy and drain clogged with other guests hair. The carpets had not been vacuumed. Found pills and food on the floor.
