Exactly what I expected. Clean, comfortable and rested to start my next day. The bed was very pleasant, pillows were firm. Room was great. Shower head was a model that was an upgrade that might not see in a value room. I appreciate that.

The motel had very comforable beds. The rooms were fairly clean and the towels and linen seemed fresh. The whole motel needs a good old fastioned cleaning! The parking lot is deteriorated and needs to be replaced.

Customer service was excellent! When we requested a blanket, he brought it directly to our room. When our key cards didn’t work, they promptly fixed the problem.
On the not so great side of things-No counter space around sink, not enough plug ins to charge devices, very dark in room and no maid service for our entire stay which was three nights. Breakfast did not have healthy options.

One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed In
The pictures posted are absolutely false advertising. No one would answer the phone after calling 10 different times to ask
A question about check In. it took over a hour to check in cause of the line was so long at 9pm due to the only employees not being present for over 30 minutes. Our party had 3 rooms reserved and each room was worse then the other giving similar vibes to a prison cell holes punched in the walls pictures ripped off the walls toilet paper shoved into drywalls spot black mold all over the bathrooms stains and rips on the sheets the carpet felt slimy leaving my feet sticky the list could go on. I can’t believe I put my family through having to stay in such a disgusting hotel it was so unwelcoming for my 3 year old and my self being almost 8 months pregnant with us all waking up so stuffy due to the mold and putrid smell

The first room we had had a few things missing or that didn’t work. The staff was able to move us the second night and it was much better. A huge shoutout to Joe, Mary and Kai for doing all they could to make things right.

This hotel is old and in need of repairs. The patio door in our room was rotten and had holes in it. Our room needed a good cleaning and the hall smelled like cat pee. We were afraid to eat the breakfast because of the obvious lack of cleanliness in the hotel.

For me it had the basic and necessary, I went to a basketball tournament with my son, I only used it to sleep, all night there was a noise that I could not determine where it was from. In general terms it is to get out of the way.

For this price, this place is a god send. The rooms are clean and spacious. They have great water pressures in the shower. The front desk folks are nice and accomodating. There is a nice gas station basically connected to it. If ur looking for an unexpensive and safe place to stay. This is it in fort collins.

The jacuzzi on our 14th anniversary weekend did not work in the room had to move rooms twice the TV didn't work in the other rooms it was very rude the staff to us

The staff is kind and understanding. Thank you for accommodating our requests and being flexible with changes last minute. True hospitality. Thank you so much. Only CON: was that we came there just for the hot tub jetted room. The water in the tub would not get hot. It was too late for maintenance they were gone for the day. The FD told me she has to ask management in what to do although we asked for a different room that could not be accommodated at this time which I wasn’t sure why as they had a VR room available. But we abliged and we waited to speak with management in the morning and the best they could do is give us a discount of $20 which was also very disappointing as I wish they would have allowed us to stay for another night at no charge since the entire reason we were there was for the hot tub and we did not get to use or enjoy at that first night but we still decided to agree to not only pay in full for the first night we were there but then only allow us very small discount for the following night which I did not agree that, that was a fair compensation for the situation but there is only so much one could do. Either way I guess it wasn’t the worst way a situation had been handled. Other than that as stated, everything else was wonderful per usuall.

Not so great part of town. Outdated, room was freezing cold and took all night to warm up. They didn’t have a pet room but were nice enough to still accommodate us with our pets. Breakfast was lacking but still fed us. Don’t go to breakfast alone, as there might be some questionable people who yell profanities at you. Would have changed hotels if it wasn’t so late at night.

We wanted a nice weekend for the two of us. Got a room with a jacuzzi tub. Got in and turned on the jacuzzi and globs of hair came out of the jets. The room was dirty. A bullet hole in the front window with clear tape over it. Staff was rude at check in. We will recommend everyone to stay away from that dump.

We were there around Christmas. We were taken care of but they appeared to be short-staffed and service could have been better

Our check in was less than great but putting that aside it was an okay stay. On the second day of our stay our keys stop working which can happen but the staff just like at the check in just didnt want or act like they cared. I mean they were a bit nicer but not by much. All night the people up stairs sounded like they were bowling and about to come through ceiling but didnt see the point of calling the front desk as they were likely not care. Like i said understand things happen but the attitude, unprofessionalism and just general disrespect of the people working at the front desk made the stay not worth it.

For the price, this hotel is extremely decent. I stayed in a pet-friendly room that was surprisingly big (for the price). There is some wear-and-tear on the property that is expected for this price level, nothing serious. It's a great location if you're staying with dogs.

I don’t think you can actually honestly advertise that breakfast is available. Who stops breakfast at 9am on a weekend? Prior to 9am, the edible selections are very limited. Let’s just call it a snack offered to the early risers only!

Paid for a queen size bed, it was a full size. The tub of the shower backed up as you showered, yes we checked to make sure the bath lever wasn’t shut. The sink backed up in the room. Long black hair on the bath towels, we don’t have long black hair. Homeless folks sitting outside.

This property was fine it was the company i went thruTravelocity that was horrible we waited almost 3 hours to get into are motel room because Travelocitys employees could not get the correct dates and i asked to talk to there manager 4 times and they would not put a manager on the staff at this company is horrible horrible do not go thru them .the staff at Americas Best was very patient and polite considering what they had to deal with thank you to the employees that helped that night at Americas Best and the 1 young lady that stayed past her clock out time just to get this figured out thank you again Americas Best employees apprecaite you ...

Bed was comfy, had a sofa & chair/ottoman for reading. The mini fridge actually had a freezer compartment which I utilized. One of the few hotel/motels I've stayed in over the past week that had a trash can in the bathroom!

The overall condition of the property was disappointing and we were surprised by this because we’ve stayed at Americas Best before in other places and were quite satisfied. The clerk was rude, the facility smelled old and stale as did the room we were assigned.

Long wait to check in. Very inefficient. The HVAC unit made very loud noises all night and didn't cool the room down. The breakfast was substandard and the pool wasn't open. Terrible experience.

Room had cracked window, a hole in the bathroom door, couch was dirty and bed itself my boyfriend was convinced hadn’t been washed. Power kept going in and out and loud noise went off around 4am waking us up. Will not be staying here again.
