We normally go to this hotel. This time it was different. It had like an old smell. The bed was uncomfortable. The staff was checking me in and talking to someone else at the same time. I thought it was rude. Check in normally does not take that long.

The pictures online make it look way better than what it really is. when you pull up, it looks run down. We checked in and went to check out the room. First, look wise, it didnt look to bad, but the smell. It was Almost a mold like smell but not. ( just glad i broughg febreeze) not even five minutes of being in the room, my 5 year old says look at that light as she points toward the bathroom. Well what do you know. There were 2 full grown roaches in the light fixture. Although they were dead, it still sent shivers down my spine. Howbdoes someone clean a hotel room, and not even clean the dead bugs out? Cuz there was no way housekeeping didnt see that.

The room I got was supposedly non-smoking, but it clearly was not, as it reeked of cigaratte smoke.

It was a roach crawling in a bag of my donuts that I sat on the nightstand. By the time I noticed I had already eaten two of the donuts

The stay itself was fine, however, the roaches crawling in the bathroom and the walls in the room were definitely not a welcome site. Hence, refused a shower. The phone was plugged into the wall and sitting on the floor, no desk for the phone or desk chair placed randomly in the room. There was a frozen dinner left behind in the freezer as well.

There was a roach infestation really bad. Turn on a light switch and they all go running or come out. Was too uncomfortable to sleep. It says newly renovated but it’s definitely not. Floors were filthy the water didn’t turn on in the kitchen we did complain to the desk she said she’d leave a note and get back to us but never did.

I paid more for an efficiency in order to use the fridge and freezer which they did have. I assumed the room would also have a coffeemaker as every hotel does. It did not. So I somehow had to boil
water for my tea, either in the microwave or on the stove. Here comes the weird thing. There were absolutely no dishes in the efficiency, and all the lazy Indian manager lady had to offer was a flimsy plastic cup that would melt in the microwave. Unbelievable.

Very uncomfortable and disturbing atmosphere. The first thing you could smell when you walked in the room was weed. Furniture in the room was broke. The toilet in the hotel room would not flush. Would not ever recommend this hotel to anyone. Air quality in the room was absolutely terrible.

My room had an odor to it the floor was dirty crumbs were on the table I was tired from a long day just wanted the night to be over

There are what appear to be drug addicts in the stairwell and parking lot. Upon walking to my room, someone tried to sell me a tablet. Got in room and TV wouldn’t work so I was moved to another room. Noise outside most of night and hard to get comfortable in the bed. Aside from that, it was great.

Let's start with the positives:
1) Desk clerk was pleasant; 2) TV worked; 3) Cable worked; Hot water worked; 4) Keycard for door worked; 5) Room was relatively spacious; 6) Reservation was inexpensive.
Now, for the negatives: The desk clerk charged me an additional $3.00 Administrative fee. Upon approaching my room, I encountered a vagrant sitting outside my door, which was in a darkened corner by the staircase. He stayed there, talking loudly on his cell phone outside my room for hours. My room smelled awful. There were at least 4 houseflies living in my room. The property and the room appear dilapidated. There are several broken down automobiles parked on the property. There is trash everywhere on the property. Not all of the lights in my room worked. The bed coverings were stained and appeared to be ancient. The privacy curtain had several holes in it. The floor was filthy. There was a wet towel on the floor, wadded beneath the A/C unit. There was no plastic bag in my room's trash can. The bathroom fixtures are ancient and falling apart. The shower curtain rod is the removable, spring-loaded, dime store type. There was only one roll of toilet paper provided. There are drilled holes with no fixtures in the furniture and the walls.
It was difficult to stay in this room - it is likely one of the worst I have ever paid for. It also is likely to currently have several health code violations.
I feel slimy and idiotic for reserving and sleeping in this room.

The television in my room kept cutting out. I told the workers it’s the hdmi cord In which he kept arguing saying it’s not

I have never stayed in such a dirty filthy hotel in my life. No towels no soap shampoo in the room. No hairdryer. Called the front desk place and we got two towels and one washcloth. I would normally never leave a bad review, but I would tell everyone do not go there it’s filthy

It has good access in and out with good parking.

It was okay, nice quiet location. The only issue I had was the people that was over top us, was walking back and forward throughout the night and early morning. it was hard to sleep.

Check in was okay. The stay was very nice and quiet. If you do not want to be disturbed make sure you get a do not disturb sign. House keeping comes around in the morning. The beds are okay as well

Roaches coming out from behind the tv on the wall I sprayed raid roach spray the people up stairs was partying all night made loud noises I had to get up at three am to go complaine to the manager didn’t get no sleep they continued to party until five am I was very tired my pregnant wife didn’t get no rest either I asked the manager for a free night due to the rudeness of the people up stairs he said he could not accommodate us

The room was pretty nice but you had to communicate through the window and not inside. There was no phone in the room and for some reason you always had to pay $3 cash when you got there for each day. The staff was ok. The one Australian guy was nice and a couple of maintenance people .I didn't like that they had these rules posted on the window. One was that they can come to the room whenever they wanted? That made me feel uneasy and creeped out. I understand you don't want rowdy and loud guests. But one should have any visitors or can come and go as they please as long as they aren't disturbing anyone. This place was cheap and if I ever have the money again. I may come back. Although it is a bit far.

Great front desk staff and housekeeping. Will accomodate any concerns. Very affordable family motel. If you are looking for free breakfast and a pool this isnt it. However there a several places within walking distance to enjoy an ice cofee...a meal and a great mall and theater to shop for anything you may have left at home 😊

It was ok for the price. There was no room service at this hotel. This is good for someone using it for a night or two but not good for any stay longer than that.

Disgusting cleanliness. Junk on the walls, floors had not been cleaned, sheets had stuff on them, it was filthy. They charged and extra “cleaning fee” at check in, only wanted cash for it.

The room was nasty flies everywhere and wholes in the wall. One of the pillows were so nasty I threw it on the floor and was afraid to even get in bed fear of bed bugs slept in chair

The room was nothing like the picture. Very old and i mean very old appliances. The toilet bowl was very unstable, felt like i would fall anytime. The bedsheet was stained underneath. Can smell

They property wasnt hiwnit was advertised, dirt stained shower, door had to be pushed hard to shut, not soundproof, nonroom service, sheets had burn holes in them, homeless people around and people smokong weed. Pillows were uncomfortable. Mr sbd my girlfriend hates it but had no where else to go. Never coming here again.

Not a bad little overnight stay. We didn't expect to stay over night but they had availability and we were definitely not driving home that late at night. It's not immaculate but it's a decent last minute stop.
