The check in could have been better we arrived at 2:00 but location would not assign us to a room until 3:00PM we had an appointment At 3:00 so we left. When we arrived at 8:00pm we had to wait in line again finally we were assigned the two room reserved. Not what I expect at a double tree and we were charged 17$ a night for parking

I got a balcony but didn’t realize I couldn’t see anything from the bottom floor. Over all everything was amazing. Thank you

Hotel design very dated and poorly laid out. Furnishings, carpets worn and dirty. Of that’s your thing, enjoy. I will never return.

Great service. The heat/AC unit wasn’t working properly and the room was really warm. Maintenance brought a bucket of water to add to some kind of unit in the ceiling. He received another call for the same problem in another room while with us. Room cooled down some, but not a lot.

The stay was good. The microwave was bad and had to be unplugged. Having to pay to stay overnight… wasn’t happy.

Was disappointed with this stay for the price we payed. The air conditioning wasn’t working which made it hot in the room at night. Called the front desk and they assured someone would come check it out which no one ever did. The tv was completely glitchy where we couldn’t watch anything. We left the room to go to dinner and there was a cockroach on the wall outside our door. Won’t be a returning guest.

Great service. Comforter definitely had a bad smell. Elevators were noisy. A couple of exit signs were broken

This was ny far the cleanest, wonderful, gorgeous room ive had the pleasure of resting in on a very long time.
My only regret is i didnt get to enjoy the room & facilities to its fullest for i was only there to rest until work called.
My hats off to this establishment. Id stay backnin '16 but theyve outdone themselves to the point whrre i cant even remember the last room - although im certain it was fine at the time.

The desk clerk told me they were sold out, then he told me building 3 and skybridge and ... since I didnt have a car, SORRY! I had 2 4-wheel luggages, and I had to drag them because the freakin carpet was too plush. They just wouldnt roll like they should. LONG, LONG WALK AND THE BAGS WERE HARD TO MOVE. never again here!

Hotel has a restaurant, bar and a Starbucks in house.
They do charge $100 deposit per night and charge $15 per day for parking.
Stayed here for close proximity to event.
Would stay here again but at a lower price.

Best hotel to stay in Ontario! The rooms were spacious. Had room for at least 6 people ( family suite) had a restaurant for all the meals, close to restaurants and shopping. Shuttle to and from airport. Gym and pool facilities. The grounds reminded me of Hawaii with the greenery and landscaping. Warm cookies at check in

Although this hotel is next to the Ontario, CA, International Airport, I didn't hear the air traffic at all and got an excellent night of rest. The shuttle to and from the airport was convenient, and the cookies were delicious!

Our bed sheets were stained, bathroom toilet seat was super old, & bathroom floor was not swept. We went to the front desk after checking in & was told to go next day & talk to the manager. We had plans & did not have the time to go the next day.

This hotel was nice and had good restaurants and even a Starbucks! It’s just a little older. My room had a buzzing noise that never shut off. Only a fridge no microwave.

We stayed at the property for my birthday. Great location with Dining options and even a night club for some fun after. They only thing about our stay was AC didn’t work well, it was too hot in the room. Called the front to send someone but no one showed up and we had dinner reservations at 6:30pm so we had to step out of the room. Came back to a hot room.

When I first checked into my room it smelled like cigarette smoke very bad even though I requested a smoke free room. Had to open the windows for a couple of hours to air out the room. I also tried to request 1 hour late checkout and they wanted to charge over $35 which is strange compared to most hotels I go to.. it’s usually complimentary..

First night checked in past midnight after drive, flushed toilet and it flooded the whole bathroom floor and more. No one can help at that hour until the next morning. I basically couldn’t use toilet for whole night. This is the first time I had experienced such issue at a hotel. They did comp-ed me with $50 off at the end. But I rather not have this issue at the first place.
