Hotel service and rooms were great. We were there when war started and they took care of us. Upgraded us to a suite. The location worked for us since we were near a relative and also near the highway so we got to airport quicker. The rooms were nice and clean and breakfast buffet was also good for the price.

The reception was great! The hotel itself is old and needs maintenance, pillowcases are not clean, so is an extra blanket in the closet. The food was very mediocre. Old and unpleasant areas in the hotel. They hold parties in the hotel's pool, so there is no silence, it's not pleasant and the pool is very dirty. Too bad there is potential... we didn't enjoy the stay.

Great facility. Clean and comfortable rooms. Staff is very professional and friendly. Breakfast is amazing. The only con, which is not their fault is there is a lot of construction going on in the area which is noisy and dusty.

An excellent stay. Location was perfect and the rooms were nice size with a balcony. Excellent pool area.
One negative is that there’s no mini bar in room and at 1am when I needed water, the front desk had no way of getting me a bottle because the bar was closed.

This is most certainly a hotel I will happily return to and recommend to others.
A really first class hotel. The staff are excellent. Friendly and helpful.
The facilities are fabulous, including the pool, fitness room, sauna and business lounge.
The breakfast is amazing. Huge range and choice.
Rooms are beautiful and large. The bathrooms slightly smaller in comparison but no real issues.
The area around the hotel is clearly up and coming. In future years there will be lots more facilities around but there is a nearby supermarket, the light railway and main train station are close by and there is the cinema city complex close by.

The hotel is very clean. Service is very good.
BUT u must pay 60 NIS for 1 day even youre a guest of the hotel.
Also the prices at the pool are HUGE.
We enjoyed pampering gym. The stairs was locked at the spa and the wet sauna didnt work.
Breakfast was ok
The hotel located in the center of Jerusalem. U can go and after 15 min walk to visit Mahneyuda center.
After all I liked this vocation and maybe we will come back❤️

Walking distance from the train station, tram, amd Machane Yehuda market. The facilities are updated and our stay was very pleasant.

I had a 2 day stay on business -so I spent a very limited time in the hotel. room was clean and well equipped. great view of Jerusalem. Hotel was recently renovated. Reception desk team was always attentive and helpful.

Vert Jerusalem was a fabulous hotel. We had an incredible view from the 20th floor and our room was luxurious. Breakfast was excellent and the hotel was within walking distance to the shuk and Old City.

Very nice hotel. Looks like an older but renovated property. The views are amazing. Bed is comfortable and there is a nice business lounge. Breakfast is amazing. Just at the entrance of central Jerusalem with parking. The balconies are amazing for watching the stunning Jerusalem views. Front desk was very nice and threw in free parking

Spa area (gym and sauna) are in terrible shape.went down to the gym at scheduled time, and it was just not open. They decided to close it for the day without notice. Management was changed that week and no one is helping in addressing the issue

Everything was very nice. The pool and workout facilities are superior. The price provides good value. Oddly enough my biggest problem was checking bag for the day. I was first one in and came back at noon to have 100 bags jammed in front of mine and no one to help.

It's a very comfortable, friendly hotel. Has a good breakfast, and very good Friday night/Sat lunch meals. And its maintenance staff is first class. A joy to stay there.

We choose DLX room and we were told that we got newly renovated. The room we got was very small, and the renovation was not completed (see picture). The room air conditioning did not heat the room.
The cost of the room was quite high and we did not get the right value.
We asked to speak to a manager, but no one contacted us. We are very disappointed over all

The hotel is currently being refurbished and there are drilling noises etc as from 8 in the morning. The public areas are caked in dust and generally not clean. I even saw a cockroach in the buffet area during breakfast.
The cleanliness in the rooms leave a lot to be desired as well.
On more than one occasion, there were no clean towels in the room and we had to call reception for them and had to wait over an hour for the towels to be provided.
The indoor pool area was also very dirty and the chairs and furnishings around the pool were broken.
The breakfast buffet food was generally cold and below par.
I have stayed in the same hotel 2 years ago and it was not as bad as this occassion.
I will not stay there again.

wifi was utter useless I could not get the work I needed to do done sort of ruining my stay everything else was good but the fact that internet kept on crapping out and after multiple complaints nothing was done didnt help

Not bad but the mini bar was empty and the cleaner came knocking 3 times in the morning, very disturbing.

i wolud like to thank The manger TONI. she had done great job ,she was very friendly to us. All l staff members are excellent in handling their gusts . This was my seventh time to visit Israel and i can say. this hotel is greatest in giving warm welcome
