While the suite was great, the service was terrible. Check in time is listed at 4pm.I got there was 5:15. My room was finally ready just a few minutes before 7pm. To make up for my hour and a half waiting in the reception area I was offered sodas for my daughter and I. The next day we wanted to use the listed shuttle service to go to the Cobb Galleria Center, it took 45 minutes to get a ride and the outside door handle feel off in the driver's hand, he had to go around, climb in the driver's door and open the passenger door from the inside. We called to get a ride back that afternoon and we're told it would be 45 minutes, not a problem. At the appointed time we went outside to wait and I called to make sure we hadn't been forgotten. We were told that the driver was bringing others down to the ball field in a few minutes and would then pick us up. A half hour later I called to see if there was a problem. I was told he was loading up now to go to the ball field. Another half hour passes and I call back to be told he was currently unloading at the ball field. Another half hour and the excuse was that the driver had locked the keys in the van and was waiting for a locksmith. We walked back, which we would have done two hours before if they would have just admitted they weren't going to pick us up. The facilities were awesome, but I won't be back because of lack of service which the manager seriously doesn't care about.

Plenty of room for 6 of us. Room was clean, despite showing a little age of the property. Nice amenities. Another Homewood Duites we stayed at had a better selection at breakfast, tho this one was ample. Fresh fruit, such as grapes, bananas, apples, and oranges would be a welcome addition. Overall a great stay. Staff was VERY friendly!

I love the layout of the suite making me feel a little more at home rather than at a hotel. Cleanliness was okay. My bathroom was not the cleanest (hair on the floor around the base of the shower). The trash had someone else's baggage claim receipt which just made me question whether the room was cleaned before my arrival or not. Otherwise, a very comfortable stay.

The property was nice and the space of the room was great. The bed was even comfortable however the room reeked of smoke especially in the bathroom. We reported the issue and were told they would make it better for the next guests. We will not stay here again.

The room was dirty we found a rotting orange in the room. One of the drawers was completely broken and couldn't be opened without falling apart. One of the door handles was only holding on by 1 screw. The doors that were supposed to close the bedroom off from the living room could be opened from the other side due to the lock being mounted incorrectly.

We had to change rooms when we first arrived due to air conditioning not working. We then got moved to a room that had dirty/ used blankets and mold on the pull out couch mattress. Outlet was burnt from what appears to be an electrical fire. Dirty air vents and furniture that was falling apart. Almost all the furniture in both rooms we were in were falling apart. This is my first ever stay at a Hilton hotel and may be my last ever.

Mercedes at the front desk was absolutely amazing. She was patient, detailed about the amenities on the property, efficient, and accurate! I really enjoyed her at the front desk. There is a young man that assisted as well apologies I can’t remember his name but he was on the shift with Mercedes at time of my arrival. Thank you all for a safe experience.

The morning Breakfast was great. It was so nice waking up to a hearty breakfast of eggs and Sausage, grits, oatmeal, cereal, muffins, yogurt, English Muffins and so much more. My room was spacious and very clean and comfortable. Every staff member was very polite ands sociable. I would definitely recommend this property to others.

First I want to say the staff were very friendly, helpful and considerate! Everyone we encountered gave amazing service! The room was not what I expected from Hilton. This is an old apartment complex turned into hotel. So there are buildings and your door opens to the outside. You can tell they did this on the cheap because there was an old 90’s ceiling fan still in the bedroom! Gross popcorn ceilings and rotten trim in the bathrooms. Want to let you know what you’re getting when you stay here! No one mentioned this in any review that I read.

I picked this particular suite because it offered a fireplace but upon checking in the fireplace was covered with a grill and a sign posted as for display only. The complex is overall great and we've stayed there several times over the years.

This is my new favorite hotel. My room felt like home. Mercedes at the front desk was very helpful with my check in. She was super friendly and so was the other employees I seen. The bed was def my favorite and made my stay even more enjoyable. I will def be back.

Everyone was friendly and helpful. Room was clean along with the rest of hotel. Only complaint was the pillows were not comfortable. Bed was fine. Overall it was a great place to stay and off the beaten path tucked away. Definitely would stay there again.

Terrible! Avoid if you can. Dirty and in disrepair. Smells of cat/dog urine mixed with a strong cologne to mask it. I will say the front desk staff, the housekeeping supervisor and the kitchen staffing were all super kind and attempted to be accommodating to all the issues. Sadly it was one disaster after another and we would never stay again.

Adjacent rooms were under construction. Constant impact noise through the daytime. Shower temperatures did not adjust. Couch “which was supposed to be a bed to accommodate should have been removed because it is broken and terrible. Staff was nice. The hotel was not!

We had to pay for parking and it was a gated hotel which didn't make much sense to me. The sofa bed was dirty and the mattress cover was very dirty. Staff was happy to accommodate us and bring us new sheets. We also didn't have soap, shampoo but again they were happy to help us out.

We arrived at 5 and was told our room would not be ready for another 2 hours. We had been tubing and needed to get showers before ballgame that never happened. Then we checked in after game to a broken shower faucet and no hot water. The maintenance came and shut the water off. So we had to go to bed with no shower. Breakfast was good. We will never stay there again

Beds are very subpar. They’re bouncy and lumpy like they were previously used at a summer camp for years. We requested a room with double beds and a sleeper sofa but initially were given a room with a king and a sleeper sofa. Staff was friendly and helped us move to the appropriate room but there are no linens for the sleeper sofa. Staff was again helpful but they seem overwhelmed. We are pretty disappointed with the stay so far and have only been here for 45 minutes. Property is definitely way overpriced for the quality of furnishings.

Outside property looks decent for a minute, the inside has dirty and stained furniture. Sofa bed did not work. Asked for another room, and was told they don’t have anything. Scary as well. The room had a old property smell. It looks like they do not take care of the inside. Perfect word GHETTO!!!!
