Our room was robbed. Second guest that week that had their room accessed by key while away and laptop stolen. Management has been very unhelpful and dismissive even with lots of information and proof provided. A week later and they still have not finished looking at cameras nor made an effort to contact police or us.

Check in was at 3. We arrived at 4:45. The lady at the desk told us none of the king rooms were clean yet and she’d call us when they were. At 5:30, I went back to the desk and a different host was there. She said she had just come in and asked the previous front desk person if anyone was waiting. The previous lady said no one was waiting. We ended up switching to a double queen room because the new person couldn’t get in touch with the housekeeping staff to double check a king room. I’ve never experienced this before.

The woman that checked me in was so RUDE. She acted like I was annoying her for doing her job. When I asked about checking in, she replied "Well, you booked through Expedia and I don't think I have any of THOSE rooms available. She made it seem like using Expedia was lower class or something. My advice to her is "If you don't like working with People, maybe you should consider getting another job!"
The hotel was nice and clean but if that's the kind of treatment I have to deal with when checking in, I will consider using another hotel. This hotel is among several in that area so going elsewhere is not a problem.
Also, the bathroom door would not stay open and felt claustrophobic when I was applying my makeup. I ended up using the coffee pot to prop it open.

Very comfortable. Staff very nice and helpful during snow storm and brief power outage.
Pillows are not good, too soft and mushy. Manager shod replace those pillows.
Very clean and comfortable hotel otherwise.

This hotel is very nice and the employees were wonderful! Great breakfast too. The only thing that bothered us is the heater. It was very loud when it was running and woke us up a lot during the night. Also a fan in the bathroom would be nice. But a really nice place to stay!

We loved our stay at Fairfield Inn in Lakewood. The hotel is easy to access from Highway 285 but away from the traffic of the streets,. Lots of food options on Wadsworth Ave. 20 min drive to downtown ( depending on traffic)
Staff was so accommodating and friendly! Room was clean and tidy. We stayed here on work-related business and it was great!

Nice property! We will stay there again. Good breakfast served until 9:00am.
My only wish is that they would have a chair in the room to sit and read in. The room needs at least one if not two reading chairs with a table. Also the bedside lamp wasn't working. We did some digging behind the bed and found it was not plugged in. Just some things to note.

Frontier Airlines was understaffed at Raleigh, NC so I missed my flight. Expedia nor the hotel would refund my money and charged me for 6 nights saying the stay was non refundable. I will never use Expedia again nor stay at this hotel with this non refundable policy. I am sure they sold my room and made twice as much money. Lousy stealing companies.

Hotel was nice and clean and the staff was very accommodating and friendly. However, our room was on the roadway side of the building so the noise from the traffic was quite loud. Since we live in a rural area is was rather annoying to us.

The staff was excellent and helped us with some issues we had. Our room had problems with hot water. It was very intermittent and typically there was no hot water. The first morning there we had to be somewhere so we could not change rooms in the morning. The staff let us use the bathroom in another room so we had hot showers. The next morning we had warm water for one shower and my wife took a shower in the other room again. That said, our room was recently remodeled, very clean, nicely appointed, very quiet and very comfortable beds. The lack of hot water was the only problem and the staff helped us work through that. I did have one cold shower and yikes it was cold.

Beware: pet fee is $75. Save yourself the money and look anywhere else near by where it is $25. Also, the hotel had a faulty fire alarm (front desk verified and I heard firemen discussing it) and it went off twice - 11:40pm and again about midnight. Both took about 15 minutes of everyone outside to turn it off. No compensation given even after requests. Also, very thin walls. Could hear everything in the next room. Avoid this place.
