This is my go to stay anytime I come to town for business. I've tried them all and keep coming back to this location. I recommend to anyone!

Once again, Hotels.com advertised a site as having EV charging when it does not. This is TOO common. At the same time, the hotel knew that they were being advertised with EV charging capability and did nothing about it. Unacceptable.

We stayed here for a 3 night stay. It was absolutely wonderful! The service was so pleasant and welcoming. If we need any extra towels or what not so helpful and accommodating. When we come travel here again I will only use this hotel.

Nice, large room. Microwave/large refrigerator was nice. Breakfast area clean, well supplied. Front desk/breakfast staff very attentive. Walk to restaurants. Great place for a quick stop during road trip. Would definitely stay again if passing through.

Our bathroom had a slow leak as water was seeping up through the floor (found it when going into the bathroom in my socks).

My only complaint was that the pillows were overly stuffed -- I am used to thinner pillows.
Lesser complaint is that while you describe yourselves as pet friendly there wasn't any grass or artificial turf in the back for dogs to go potty.

Loved this hotel! Everyone was so nice. Parking was close, rooms were huge! It was attractive, clean, so comfortable! Hope to visit again. And! Almost forgot! We left the hotel at 4:45 am….and they were serving breakfast! This place was awesome!!

Would be a 10/10 if it wasnt for the fact you can not sleep which is kinda the point, staff talks loudly in the hallway starting at 8am, you can hear everything, didnt sleep the whole time i was here!

Overall , very good , clean, staff friendly, bad is noise from hallway like some other motels , would like a quieter environment and company policy of having to ask for maid service by 11am , is ridiculous after staying three days, and no one checks room or guests for needs, example towels

My room was on the second floor. It was immediately apparent that it was previously used as a maintenance room. There were two large fluorescent lights on the ceiling, and the room smelled of sewage. (It smelled terrible.) There were no blackout curtains and the room was situated immediately adjacent to the large, neon Quality Inn sign, thus my room was lit up the entire night. It took several tries to get the door to lock and bolt. In fact, one of my coworkers had to pull on the door to get the deadbolt to latch. There was loud music playing all night, and around midnight, a woman was going door-to-door, knocking and looking for "Kelly". Overall, one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had.

This hotel is arguably the best, definitely top 3 I've ever stayed in. I've traveled for work, almost all my family is long distance. So I've stayed in over 100 hotels, easily. Not only was it super clean, with friendly staff and such, but they even allowed us to borrow a pack-and-play for my daughter, after we forgot her travel bed at home.

It was nice quite an restful. Nice pool and hot tub receptionist was very nice and very informative room was great that was just great I just thought it was a little pricey but that's me did not know this hotel was there so glad we stayed

The stay was ok, but finding our room was horrible. Our suite was in another whole part of the hotel. Room number was in the 300, but we had to take the elevator to the 2nd floor. A bit confusing

We had a great stay but... For incidentals the took my credit card and made photo copies of the card. I informed them that what they did was illegal and you're not allowed to store credit card information in that manner. They admitted they knew this and allowed me to shred the copies of my card they had just taken. Beware of this practice and do not allow them to do it.

We stayed 4 nights, and it was very enjoyable. Staff was very attentive and always right there when we needed anything. Beds were supper comfy and clean. If I/we are ever coming this way in the future, I will absolutely try to book here.

Front desk staff were frazzled and unfriendly at check in. One lady ave me completely incorrect information about parking, the other refused to switch my room even at 8 pm when I know people checked in after me even though I hadn’t even been to my room
Yet. neither lady gave me information about breakfast or the property, luckily I heard them tell someone else when I was up trying to switch my room.
I booked this hotel because of the great reviews but those must have been fake. Don’t stay here if you want a friendly experience with parking for anything other than a single car. I would rather sleep in my can than stay here again.

I have stayed in every hotel in Zanesville. I travel there every week for business. This is the only hotel you should stay in when there! Its clean, the staff is nice, the rates are reasonable. It looks clean outside as well. Very well taken care of. The only thing I would change is the coffee make should be out on the desk and not in the bathroom. A lot of hotels do this Too many germs spread around in the bathroom. I don't want to use a coffee maker that's has that. Either someone can take their cup into the bathroom to get water or put two water bottles next to the coffee maker for an added touch. Second thing I would put full size bottles of body wash/shampoo/conditioner on the walls in the shower. I had them at another hotel once and it would be awesome if more hotels adopted that. Other than that, this place was perfect for an overnight business trip. I give it 5 huge stars.

No complaints. Average rooms. Comfortable beds. Clean. Very wide hallways. Good breakfast. We got in at 10 pm and left at 8 am, so our experience was limited. Compared to other hotels in the $140 range, it had higher ratings and more customer satisfaction.
