Convenient stay although a bit noisy. Particularly if assigned to a room close to the stairs.

Very helpful staff; room was clean and had all the amenities and the breakfast was excellent ! Just be aware that you will need a car to get to dining options - in the winter anyway. All in all we would be happy to stay here again!

Very friendly staff. We arrived at 2 am due to a bad storm and the lady at the front desk still welcomed us with a friendly smile

I was travelling with my elderly mom and had many assisted devices we needed for our stay. I was able to drive up to the room and bring everything in easily and stress-free. The concierge staff are friendly, courteous, and professional, The cleaning staff are also wonderful and friendly.

Dated and terrible area will never stay there again
They mentioned it was renovated but the renovation was like putting lip stick on a pig

View from our window was just abandoned or run down buildings. Hotel is pet friendly which is great but there was a dog barking our first night. Hotel gave us new rooms in a quieter corner.

Very dissapointed! Had to play with the heater all night because it runs on manual buttons only. The bathroom door would not close or lock. The bed sheets had stains all over them. I will not be back.

Worst front desk service until the GM, Jenni on morning shift. Bedding is dated/yellowish. We have to use our own pillows and comforter eventually.
Overall it's Ok stay considering the hotel rate in the area. However, we'll not stay again.

wish that this property had an elevator. Very difficult moving our luggage up the stairs.

One bed was broken in the room. The alarm clock kept making an erratic noise. The toilet tank was leaking on the floor.

We had wanted a main floor room and the lady on check-in charged us an extra $15.00 for a main floor room as my wife has difficulty climbing stairs and there wasn’t an elevator to access the upper floor. I checked your website thoroughly and it doesn’t say that there is an extra charge for a main floor room. Therefore as a good gesture I feel that Expedia should refund us this $15.00 extra charge.
