We enjoyed the friendly and helpful staff. Our room was clean and comfortable, but parking is challenging especially in the parking garage.

Clean. For the price breakfast should have been included

The room was clean but the drinking glasses were dirty. There was no dining at all due to what they said "staffing issues".

1) Hot tub was dangerously too hot (105-106 degrees)
2) Bed sheets were stained and needed changing
3) Fire alarm and 90 minute evacuation at 1AM

The parking stalls and in/out of parking for this building is not the most desireable.

Hotel cancelled my stay for no reason. Took forever to get it straightened out. One worker that was overwhelmed and took an hour and a half to check in.

Prepaid for breakfast but did not get a chance to eat . Buffet was not available and they were out of a lot of food options . Food was greasy and egg's burnt. Will not come back .

Excellent staff. The restaurant did was medics at best and quite pricey. The toilet paper dissident in the room was so far away that it was almost unreachable.

Front staff were very nice and friendly.

The hotel staff is very friendly and always greet you with a smile when you arrive in the lobby. Unfortunately, the bathroom in my room was not very clean--had a ring around the toilet. I stayed a week and you are to get a 'complete cleaning' on the 5th day. Unfortunately, they still didn't clean the toilet nor the floors. Otherwise, it was a nice stay.

Rooms were very clean. The hallway and my room was very musty smelling. Staff was very nice.

It was a very wonderful stay. The staff was super friendly and very helpful and knowledgeable of the area for shopping and dining. Will not hesitate to stay here again. FYI the breakfast is awesome. The chicken we ordered for dinner was dry and not edible. Would not recommend the food from Sapphires.

Amazing Stay. We meet the most amazing, kind, professional and friendly front desk lady named Cherlenta. We knew immediately we made the right choice walking in when we met this amazing lady.

it was a good quality stay. nothing spectacular stood out to me, but it was nice. Happy there was a pool and drinks/restaurant on site. Easily walkable to whatever I needed near the capital.

Nice place.

Severely disappointed. Not only were there dirty towels but there were different color light bulbs in every lamp. The bedside tables were on a slope so the drawers stayed open the entire time and the room was filthy. For being in the king suite and paying almost $300 a night this was the worst stay I've ever had.

The rooms are nice, small but nice. Sink drained very slow. There might have been a leak, we couldn't tell. Weird to have vinyl flooring throughout, but I get it for cleanliness. Overall very nice stay. The morning cafe was not open when we left around 8.

The property was right off of the highway. However, the parking was non existent, the guy that checked me in did not have the slightest clue. He sent me to two different rooms, the first trip the key wouldn't open the door, the second took quite a bit longer and a whole other family got checked in before I did. Then the second room he sent me to was slide locked. Yes, the key opened the door, the room was already occupied by that same family that came in after I did. Finally after that rather lengthy and embarrassing debacle, I get my room key after almost leaving becaue "we dont have anymore of those rooms". The next thing I heard was "oops I found it". So three trips to the 9th floor with my coligue and cart, I finally got a room after 1.5 hours of insanity.

I love the view of the capital building. Also the room is clean and i am glad they have removed the carpet

We really enjoyed the walkability of the location. It was close to local shops, landmarks, dining, etc. It’s also super close to the highway, which makes travel easy. The suite also had a great in room jacuzzi tub!
But the customer service was awful! At check-in the attendant was on their phone the entire time and simply handed us a room key. No other information was provided about our room, the hotel, the area, etc. Not even our room number. Then we asked about luggage carts and none where to be found and the ones available had wheels falling off. We had friends get rooms in the same hotel, hoping to hang out after the wedding, but the hotel bar was closed at 8pm on Saturday when we arrived.
On Sunday we also had to ask about check-out which is at 11am, to find that the little cafe wasn’t open either. Then when we came back from getting breakfast at a local cafe room service was breaking down our room while our stuff was still in it and we hadn’t even checked out yet at 9:30am.
It may have been one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. And now having looked back at the reviews of this hotel, I should have known better. This place is a joke. The location is fantastic though, which is a shame. :/

The hotel was wonderful. However, I will never go to the restaurant at the top floor again. We were on of three tables filled at the restaurant and it took two hours to get food.

Enjoyed it! Loved the view from the restaurant.

The floors were dirty and hair was everywhere. The room was very small, the air conditioner leaked and the shower water felt too strong. This stay was one of the worst. However the bed was comfortable

The room was clean and comfortable, but the hallway had a strange smell that was not good. Parking was not the best, the spots in the garage are very narrow and are not made for larger vehicles. The staff was friendly and helpful which made my stay better.

A good place to lay one’s head for a couple of nights.

I liked the unique shape of the hotel!

Two queen size beds in a fairly small size room. But it was the 12th floor & nice
