Not to bad for just a place to stay one night. Lots of visible repairs in the rooms and bent lamp shades. Elevator was not working our whole stay. Stairs smell like stale cigarettes smoke.

Elevator was not working, we were not offered a room on the main floor. We were fine using the stairs, but it should not be assumed we are ok with stairs. We took it as a compliment and that your desk clerk perceived us to be fit elderlies. A very friendly person. Did not like the perfumed scent in common areas.

Breakfast was very poor quality. The rooms are cramped and small but basically clean. Check in lady was a gem and accommodating to my needs.

The elevator was broken and there was no available help to help with luggage. The room is not too small but it is crowed with furniture. Kind of dark but maybe that was a matter of the gray skies. Lastnight we stayed at the Concordville BW and it was sooooo much brighter with more generous room, happier staff.

Was clean enough, noisy inconsiderate neighbors and staff that did nothing about it. Windows don’t open in rooms, deal breaker.

It was noisy by the highway to sleep.

The place was nice. They looked as though they were doing some renovating, maybe under new management. Staff was friendly and very accommodating. It was clean. Hand sanitizing stands through out the hotel.

There was no hot water when I tried to take a shower. The pool was green with algae. The exercise room was not clean either.

Great hot breakfast. Clean room. Nice staff. Very quiet.

Good location right off of the highway with food and shopping nearby. Breakfast was not great, eggs burnt, home fries not fresh, reheated. Room was pretty clean but sofa bed mattress was very thin and dirty.

This hotel was ok.... It wasn't dirty but it wasn't overly clean. They never did a room inspection the three nights we stayed there. We had to ask for more toilet paper, get rid of garbage, clean towels ect. The morning breakfast was ok but very chaotic .

The area that this property was in was quiet and convenient for our visit. The staff when asked for extra blankets and towels gave us a hard time. When asked for a cup of water my husband was told to buy it out of vending machine. When we had to leave for an emergency they changed even though we had an emergency and didn’t stay the entire 2 nights.

We had a great time and the kids loved the swimming pool

Great economical stay Gm for a family visiting Hershey Park. Slightly disappointed room wasn’t made up when specifically requested. It’s not something I usually ask but would have appreciated it. Breakfast was good, lots of options.

When I checked into my room the curtain had a large rip in it, when we went to use the phone to call the front desk to let them know it was ripped to prevent us from being responsible the phone had no dial tone, it did not work. Then, after that I went into the closet to get the sheets to make the pull out couch for my children to sleep in, the bag containing blankets and sheets, had six empty cans of alcohol in them. I went down to the front desk immediately and mentioned the condition of the room. The man working the desk gave me clean sheets, and I made the bed, we proceeded to sleep there that night, he could not move us to another room since there was no more availability. We were very tired from spending the day at Hershey. The next day I asked to speak to the manager to let him know of our experience. He did not apologize at all, and made me feel like the incidents that I was reporting were no big deal., all he could offer us was $48 compensation. I planned to stay at the hotel for two nights. I must say the hotel manager, Nick was not accommodating at all. He did not take responsibility for the condition of the room. I would have liked for him to apologize about the condition and offer a better compensation. The managers name was Nick and he was very rude. When I called Travelocity to find out if there was anything they could do to help they called the hotel and the manager said we were lying! I will never stay at this hotel again, horrible experience!

Room was not clean. Hair and food crumbs found. Sometimes you have to vacuum under and behind things, not just where people walk. Bathroom cleanliness not too good. Would not stay there again. Rooms need some TLC.

Easy check-in, asked for Dining recommendations and the place was awesome. Great food, close by and great service. Also asked to see a movie, another great recommendation by staff. Staff informed us of breakfast times, directions to the pool and gym. All around a great experience.

I wasn’t bad for the price but you get what you pay for.

After a long drive, we planned to stop here as a halfway point just for a few hours overnight. When we walked in, the man at the desk was on a very loud FaceTime call; which he didn’t hang up upon our arrival. When we finally got to our room, it was incredibly dirty; sticky floors, an overwhelming chemical smell (I should clarify, not a good clean smell), smelly couch, sheets that felt slimy. As we were staying for only 4 hours to get some quick sleep, and the person at the desk was far from willing to put his call on hold, we slept on top of the blankets on the bed and didn’t complain because it wouldn’t have been worth it to miss out on anymore time we had for sleep. The final straw, however, was when we went to lock the door before going to bed. There was a 3/4 in gap in the door frame and the actual door. Much more than the gap in a stall in a public bathroom. We could see right out into the hall and people in the hall could see right into our room. We ended up staying for an hour and one of us had to stay up because it was too unsettling to sleep with the door the way it was. If I could recommend a hotel that you should never stay at, this would be it. Sadly, not even worth the $101. I would’ve been better off sleeping in the car in a parking lot. Very unfortunate.
