We had a good stay. Had some issues with hotel rooms.. But the front desk people took the time and were very professional about it make sure we was taking care of. All they want to do is make sure is that u enjoy your stay.

Challenges -older facility and obvious cleaning issues with housekeepers and grounds but front desk and lounge staff and management were SO kind, hard working and TRYING to make the stay comfortable. Devin (cook), lounge “guy” and front desk girl are a blessing…. Start over with housekeeping and maintenance!!

We were visiting family for a week and our stay was nice. The daily breakfast was consistently good and we enjoyed it every day. My room had a couple of issues. The mini fridge wasn’t working and the tub was draining too slowly to take a shower. Maintenance fixed both issues quickly.

Great place to stay! Employees were great, pool and hot tub were good sized, usual hotel breakfast, great location. Only con is the bed was a bit hard but everything was great! Will stay again.

Property is in desperate need of repair/updating. Doors, furniture, lamps (except beds) were dilapidated. Pool closed too early as did the pub that they gave us a coupon for. Staff was very friendly though.

We have stayed here a few times and love this hotel. However the swimming pool has been way too cold, especially on our last day. An indoor pool should at least have decently warm water.

The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The check in process was fast and efficient. The hotel restaurant and bar was good.

This is the second year we spent at this hotel for NYE. Was disappointed to arrive and see the hotel bar was unexpectedly closed for NYE when we chose the hotel specifically for the in-house bar, for the convenience of having some drinks and dinner for the family holiday right in one place. However, we were able to easily walk down the street for some champagne to bring back and got a very fast pizza delivery since Toppers is a couple minutes away, so we were able to easily improvise and have a great time swimming with our kids and celebrating the New Year. We and the kids also enjoy the extensive breakfast options available. We very much enjoy this hotel and will surely be back.

The cover for the Heating/Air Conditioning Unit was leaning against the wall, and a dirty filter for it was laying on the floor. There was a Lamp Shade sitting on the Dresser, but no Lamp.

Decent place, maybe a little dated. Clean comfortable room. Good water pressure. Due to the nature of my work I asked for a quiet room, she placed me right next to another occupied room. Ok so far, last week the person next to me had their tv so loud i could hear it over my own.

Checked in and found a ditry q-tip on the floor between the beds. If you want a good nights sleep and go to bed early, don't get a room that overlooks the pool. Got to listen to kids screaming Marco Polo till the pool closed at 11pm. (This was the only option they had when i booked.) Tried to adjust the room temperature and the wall unit screen went blank so it was really hot in our room.

Dated rooms and uncomfortable beds. There was still a foot of water in the tub an hour afterwards which made me wonder how it could have been cleaned prior to my arrival. My travel companion and I had two rooms on separate ends of the floor and both of us were up most of the night due to the noise. Could hear EVERYTHING around and below us. For $200 a night I expected more.

This place was amazing from the minute I walked in to such friendly efficient customer service, cleanliness and super amenities. Indoor pool and jacuzzi, Whirlpool tub and TV in the bathroom, comfy king size and bed sofa in the room with beautiful views of Sugarloaf mountain. Extensive breakfast, laundry on all floors, and comfortable sitting areas. Pub within the Inn with good food and drinks. Close to conveniences and downtown... Great room rates for the area.

Definitely needs updating. Shower water pressure was terrible and bathtub didn’t drain water while showering. Air conditioning units needs cleaning.

Was not told prior to my tay that my room had a car for the bed. With on going back issues, getting in and out of this bed was painful and no other rooms were available. I paid $500 for a room i only slept in and was painful at that.

Pretty much as expected but the hot tub was closed due to "maintenance" and the bed was not very comfortable, but everything was clean and we had everything we needed. Breakfast had waffles so that's a win in my book!

The bed was incredibly comfortable. We had no issues with noise coming from other rooms. The hot tub was a bit dirty when we ran it. We thought that some of the power outlets didn’t work until realizing we had to flip a switch near the door. It was a hot day, but the A/C worked great. Parking is convenient and it didn’t cost much extra to get a suite. Overall, an enjoyable place to stay.
