From reception to checkout this place held its STANDARD!!! Clean Spacious Room… Nice sized Towels + Tub/Shower… Easy Parking and PLENTY of spaces… CLEAN in actuality versus just SMELLING like it, you can tell the Cleaning Staff Cares about their Job + The Guest. They did not have my Complimentary Wine, but, maybe next time.

But breakfast choice really really poor to uneatable at times. Very little or no variety. For example, on the last day of my stay, a small change. Labeled as turkey sausage, but was turkey bacon.
But as hard as cardboard, and stated as such. Totally uneatable

Studio apartment vibe. King bed sleeper sofa big bathroom kitchenette.Booked for 4 people 2 adults 2 kids. Got in at 11pm tried to make sofa bed for kids no linens blankets or pillows in the room. I called guest services front desk. The person on duty told me that he couldn’t get any for me. ??? I got a bit upset he said call me in 15 minutes I will take it from another room. I called back he said to come to the main building to pick it up. He had found some. But only one pillow . Said he couldn’t find me another one in the entire hotel.Tub stained with iron. Shower head flaked drywall.

My room, 1112, had a moldy smell. Even though
the beds and pillows were really good and comfortable, the smell bothered me throughout my stay. I couldn't sleep properly.
Bathrooms were clean. There was no dishwashing liquid to hand wash the glasses. Sorry for leaving it in the sink. Breakfast was nice. Overall, we loved our stay at Sonesta suites.

I booked 2 rooms. The first room had trash still on the sides of nightstands. The water in all bathrooms and kitchen had a foul odor and the hot water worked intermittently. The second rooms towels all smelled like mildew, skittles in 2 of the drawers, the upstairs shower would back up so you had to keep turning the water off to let it drain then back on.

The stay was absolutely great. My only complaint was the cleanliness of the bathroom but nothing too bad other than that awesome stay very comfortable. Maybe better tv service or smart tvs would be great

For Every needs you need to walk all the way to the front desk. Mean while the front desk is far far away and super cold outside… plus they only leave you with (1) toilet paper for the whole week. I wish they can accommodate the services of need instead having customers walk in the cold. Plus breakfast is super simple and no flavor and employees have attitude

Shortly upon arriving in our room, I receive a phone call on the hotel room phone that they gave us the wrong room and I had to come back to the lobby to receive new keys. After getting assigned a second room and moving all our belongings, we find the bathtub full of dirty water and the room smells. I call the front desk they have me come back a third time for a new room. The third room was fine. I know they say the third time is the charm, but it shouldn’t be for a hotel room. Will not stay here again.

Biggest issue were the bugs. We stayed with the kids for 10 days and everyday there were small roaches in the room and particularly in the kitchen. On the floor, on the carpet, even on the window blinds. I did receive an offer to switch rooms, but after seeing the alternative room and how dingy and run down it was (equally so to our current room) I didn't even bother lugging all of our luggage over as I expected more of the same. I was also offered to fumigate the room, but given we had 2 small children with us this was not an option. I bough some roach traps at a local home depo and we managed through while keeping all of our food sealed and killing any bugs we saw. Big disappointment not only in the roaches, but just how run down and poorly maintained the property was. The one savings grace was that the staff was actually quite pleasant.

The hotel was very cute. I loved the separate buildings. It felt more like a condo than a hotel. The kitchen and the bathroom were huge.The little balcony was nice too.

Not a great place to stay. Buildings are separated. U walk outside for everything. The door tag states they are coming in room no matter what. Talk about invasion of privacy. Alot of sketchy people actually live there. Did not feel safe
