Always treated as a VIP, from the receptionist to the valet. Every time I'm in LA I only have one place where I'm comfortable and safe, and that's Century Park Hotel. Keep up the good work.

Valet and the room were nice. I wasnt too happy about having to put $300 on hold for incidental. Ive stayed at many 5 star hotels and never had to do that. Luckily i had the money to cover smh.

We was only staying for 3 days but stayed 5 days. Good customer service.

Sloppy guest service at check in, the room smelled, had a pillow with a makeup stain on.

The front office can def need some work. I requested an upgrade to the presidential suite and OMG!! Loooved our stay!!! Recommend for sure. Bed, pillows, room, cleaning 👌

We were thoroughly impressed with every aspect of the Century Park Hotel. It was clean, easy to find, the staff was friendly and accommodating, and our room was well put together, quiet and exactly what we needed the night before my son's surgery.

The loft was really nice and comfortable...the only thing was that electric fireplace didn't work but thats it....the room/loft was absolutely beautiful and roomy

The hotel was cool and clean. Pillows were super sized (too big for me) and the electricity went out sometime in the night. The front desk didn’t even acknowledge the pain that it was getting ready with no light. I get the power outage wasn’t their fault…but a “I’m so sorry” would have been nice.

My overall experience was great. Great location, nice clean rooms. The loft was really nice. The only thing I found absurd was that I got charged a $300 deposit PER NIGHT. Which means if I stay 3 nights, it would have been a $900 deposit. That is just crazy to me, especially since I have stayed at several 5 star hotels all over the world and I’ve never been charged a deposit PER NIGHT.

Bed was amazingly comfortable with good pillows as well. The road is definitely loud but you can drown it out with the tv as long as its not sirens. They have someone at the desk and valet 24/7. So someone is always with your car so definitely worth paying for the parking. Coffee in the room was also good. Shower handle and shower head could be replaced as they were loose. The view in our room was amazing. We slept with the sheer curtains so we could see the view all night. I'd stay here again if in LA.

If you dont care about location, neighborhood or amenities, this hotel is a good choice for the money. Super nice people. I felt safe, and it was quiet. But this is not a resort.

Great stay! The only thing I will add is that the location of the ice maker should have been told when I checked in. There was a sign in the elevator but I didn’t use the elevator.

Noise from street even if you’re not facing Olympic. You can hear conversations on the sidewalk. Domestic disturbance above me with stomping and yelling. Scratchy sheets. Pillows too high. Cracked tiles that moved in the bathroom. Dirty stained walls. Windows don’t open to let fresh air in. Terrible. Never again.

The service people were kind and readily available to help. The room was by the main road and was very noisy with traffic passing all the time. It worked well for the location and purpose of my visit, but we wouldn't recommend it to friends based on the noise.

We did a date night and it was great. Room was very clean and service from everyone was great. Didn’t love the $30 parking, no way around it since no public parking in the surrounding area.

I was a bit leery based on some earlier reviews. The issues weren't there. Our room was newly remodeled. Nicely appointed. The mattress softer than I prefer but really nice. Excellent TV! We were right on the main street but noise was not an issue. I wish they had replaced the toilets with the taller models that I prefer. Overall a very good stay. Great location.

Housekeeping entered my room and cleaned it before checkout while I was out at lunch and threw away personal items including clothing and missing a few other items including my charger.

The room itself was super cute and chic. The lighting was amazing as well. The staff thst we dealt with was very professional and friendly, made the whole checkin process super easy. Same can be said about the vallet parking service. Loved the location!!

It was a very average hotel. My friend and I came in at midnight from being out and we were laughing and the front desk “shushed” us. Never had that happen. Ika wasn’t very friendly or welcoming. Overall a good place to stay if all you care about is having a bed to lay on and a bathroom. The mini fridge wasn’t cold either.

The hotel looked good in the pictures, but the property is very, very old. The lobby is nonexistent and looks like a gas station lobby. The room is nice enough but visibly outdated. Zero noise insulation and it’s incredibly loud at night. If you need a place to just sleep, then this hotel is fine. If you want to enjoy your stay, I’d look somewhere else.

Daytime receptionist are super friendly and eager to assist.
Night time receptionist need more training on communication skill. It’s a clean environment. Only Found some dirty stuff like mosquito or dust when I run water into bathtub. It’s helpful to bring ear plugs to prevent noises from heater. Parking fee is not an issue to us.

Very nice staff. It looks like a hodge podge of decor though. The bed was nice and comfortable. There was a weird wall between between the bed and the entry door. door. It separated the bed and the ‘closet’/coffee/microwave area. I say ‘closet’ because it just an open bar to hang your clothes. Also there’s a microwave and no refrigerator. Just seemed odd. It looks like they’re kind of renovating in a ‘here and there way’ rather than renovating one room at a time. At least I hope that what they’re doing, because the location is great and the staff is great.

Good place to spend the night, well located and fairly priced. However it’s on a busy, loud road which could cause trouble with sleeping. Overall, would stay again.

While not the fanciest location, for the price I got two incredible nights sleep. Comfortable and well designed room.
