Last minute booking...Lady at front desk was lovely.
Toilet seat was broken so had to be careful when we went to the loo. Bed okay but covers not comfortable as had to creep lower in the bed to be covered enough. Restaurant being renovated so a bit sad it wasn't open. Toiletries sparce for two people. Only had 1 shampoo and conditioner for two females with long hair. Curtains didn't keep morning light out either as room was really bright in the morning.

Was disappointed that details of my drivers licence was copied into your system. Hopefully those details have been deleted as requested after I had departed.

Elder bloke at checkin rude.
Working night shift, cleaners extremely noisy in the morning.
Neighbours potentially dealing drugs, people coming and going regularly using strange knock sequence (all visitors used the same knock)

First thing I notice is the Smell, and the noise from the main road. Then the bed sheet was not clean at all. You can literally hear the talking of next door, that tells you how bad is the sound barrier. Plus extremely rude staffs.

We were disappointed that no breakfast options were available. There could have been a continental breakfast offered, especially for the price of the room.

Bed and shower great. Trashy neighbours that carried on until 2am. Police should have attended. Heater stopped middle of night..Would not restart, even when checking operational manual.

An issue with the booking could have been major, but was handled quickly, politely and appropriately. Staff and management are efficient and helpful, the room is very clean, bathroom new and site is very convenient (straight onto the Ring Road).

I loved the spa was very relaxing. Overall the motel was very clean, comfy bed and very quiet. I had a very good night. I recommend this motel!

Room was sufficient in space but toilet was crammed in the corner of the bathroom next to a wall. Very uncomfortable & ridiculous to say the least.
I was also charged $20 extra because I arrived at mid-day therefore early even though my room was ready!!
In all, the rates are too high for what you get.

My flight was delayed so I was running very late for the check in. The reception was closed however they met me when I arrived and were so welcoming and understanding. I would definitely stay there next time I am in Melbourne.

Not a very clean place mold in bathroom paint peeling off walls large broken mirror in main room.The people running the place working till 10 at night with power tools in the yard

Had no record of my booking until I showed them the confirmation from Hotels.com. Was told I was lucky as they only had one room left even though if booked.

I rate this as the best Best Western property I have stayed in.

The room was ok but the walls are very very thin! There was a room above me that were very loud and abusive to each other for the entire night... was very difficult to sleep! Its a little rough around the edges, and for $155 I think it would be worth looking around for another option.

room was not ready for us we were put in a room that had no bedding or towels once this was highlighted we were then moved to another room

very handy for getting to and from places as very close to freeways and motorways but in a quite area. Good sound proofing.
