Incredibly noisy!! The heat/air sounded like someone put a brick in a dryer and let it cycle.

Overall stay was great, staff was great, restaurant food was great, only problem is the room was cold and when I turned the heat up , the heater was extremely loud with a clacking sound, however i had to deal with it to get the room warm after a few hours it would quiet but woke me every night as the sound would come back, i was disappointed when i wasn’t offered any compensation for having to deal with the noise,

Nice enough location. But went on a holiday weekend (Thanksgiving wed-sun) and there were only a max of 20 cars the entire time, so fairly empty. But they packed everyone on the same floor or two. Which was annoying as we were placed in an ajoining room. So a door between and people were in the other room. Young girls the last night which was just so not cool with loud kids all night. Why would you not space people out? Horribly managed. Housekeeping also stated cleaning at like 6am on Saturday morning. Banging and vacuuming since 6am. Also.... put everyone on a floor with a broken ice machine. Way less then expected. Won't be back, won't recommend. Pick somewhere else.

The staff took very good care of us—we had a wonderful time, and felt the hotel was clean, food was delicious and we always feel very safe there. The ice machine was down on the 11th floor, and although we mentioned it to many employees, nothing was fixed during the two nights we were there. But that was our only issue while there, but just thought as an FYI, you’d want to know. Overall through, great stay, and I gave you 5 stars. Thank you!

Every aspect of my stay was exceptional, from the person who greeted me at the front desk, to the person who checked me out. Everyone here was so friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious and clean, and on-site amenities were exceptional. I was here for a conference and the food was great too! Special shout out to Lisa at Blue Birches for her top-notch service!

The shower head was leaking. I expected more from Marriott. I don't like the idea is a sink out in the open.

Beds were very comfortable! The sink, bathroom, and shower areas lacked towel bars where you could hang damp wash cloths & towels to dry for next day's use.
The breakfast buffet was picked over and not very warm. We decided to skip it the second morning.
The receptionists at the front desk were very kind & helpful especially when we called back after returning home to report that I had left a pair of shoes in the room. They recovered my shoes and had them sent UPS immediately. THANK YOU!!

Check in clerk wasn't friendly and didn't make us feel welcome. He was unable to swipe my card and informed me he had to key in the number in front of others. So much construction around the area just made things inconvenient. The room was fine, bed pillows were terrible, overall the stay was average.

I loved it, the facilities are very clean and the cleaning staff very friendly, everyone was very kind, my only recommendation for it to be a perfect hotel is that they improve the quality of more pillows, they are soft, but if they were firmer they would be better.

I searched and selected this hotel specifically because it had a hot tub. I planned a "mini staycation" before the crazy, busy days of the new school year. Imagine my disappointment when I got on my swimsuit, grabbed my book to read and walked down to the pool area only to discover the hot tub was closed due to PH levels. I was so disappointed, the specific reason I picked your Marriott was to relax and soak in the hot tub. I live nearby (10 minutes) and just wanted a little mini retreat.
I take care of my elderly parent living with advanced Alzheimer's and just wanted to relax. Photo 1 taken Friday evening at 8:56pm, Photo 2 taken Saturday morning at 6:31 am and Photo 3 taken Saturday 8:02am. I was unable to use during my overnight stay. So unfortunate.

Excellent hotel management, front desk and food and beverage management team, coupled with a beautiful, modern and exemplary series of food offerings make this a special experience, even among other top-quality Marriott properties and locations. A hotel with character and beauty, one perfect for business or pleasure with plenty of easily found hide-outs throughout, inside and outside on the gorgeous patio and walkway/nature trail system. Only areas for improvement are: return of (limited) room service, return of full breakfast menu versus buffet only, dedicated barista/coffee-only server on staff during breakfast hours.

No fans in bathroom, didnt have microwave in room, toilet got clogged, internet was not good. Road construction, it was a maze in that complex.

We had a lovely stay. The rooms was wonderful. It was clean and spacious. The staff were so friendly and helpful. We didn’t realize how busy it would be all the time.

Upon arrival, the hotel was very elegant, clean, and modern. There was a wedding reception, therefore the hotel was busy. Late evening when we returned, there was trash, food, and drinks left everywhere in the lobby. The only "service" complaint I would comment on is one of the bartenders. I walked up to the bar at 9:30am and stood right in front of her while she was on her phone. I stood for almost 2 min before I finally said, excuse me. She was not excited to serve me and you could tell she did not want to be there. I did what I do best, provided kindness and left a good tip because hopefully that will change her attitude towards others. Overall, great, clean, and comfy hotel.

I guess I was a bit confused and irritated that I reserved a room for my wife and I and when in the morning I went to use the self-serve coffee maker in the room that they had 1 caffeinated coffee and 1 decaf. Neither my wife nor myself drink decaf.
So which of us gets left out? Or just drink something we don't like? I would think a Marriot, with the upper end cost of the room, they could at least afford to offer 2 of each

Staff and Service were awesome. Beds comfortable. Breakfast was better than expected. Only con during my short stay -- tvs in room are old and due for an upgrade .
