Had a great stay. Love the property. Beautiful renovations done. Friendly and attentive staff. Walking distance to Disney Springs which has shopping and restaurants.

Hotel was under renovation so hotel occupancy appeared low and some services were not available.

We booked the room many weeks ago. One of the deciding factors was that it was connected to Disney and the perks of a Disney resort stay would come with it. I called the hotel to get the reservation number to connect to Disney account. The 1st gentleman I connected with was totally not interested in helping me, was quite rude and seemed to hate his job. He told me several times he couldn’t help, but finally found and rattled off the reservation number. It still didn’t work- even after calling Disney to help. I called the hotel again to try to see if they could help, and the woman gave me the reservation number right away (same # provided by the rude person). To make this story a bit shorter, it never did get connected to our account, so those “perks” were lost. I reserved a slightly more expensive room for a fireworks view, which I had double checked with both phone calls (however, I did not verify it with the desk when we checked in-my reservation clearly stated “fireworks view”). Nope. Didn’t happen, but by the time we realized it, it just wasn’t worth complaining about for our one night stay. They would be over by the time it would get resolved. Even though we were on the 15th floor the noise from the highway traffic was LOUD and quite sleep disturbing all night. The good news: The room itself was nice and the onsite staff were all very polite & friendly. However,I will not book this hotel again.

i loved this hotel! we decided to take a last minute weekend trip to orlando, and this perfectly located hotel was amazing. great price for a night, very very clean, and seems newly updated. check in was swift and staff was courteous, and even gave some water bottles at check in. only con was that there was an elevator not working during the stay, which made the wait for the elevator quite long. would definitely stay at this hotel in the future. good location as its in lake buena vista right off the highway, so even though we werent visiting the parks (boycott disney!), it was a centrally located property with easy access to most of orlando

The hotel was clean and nice. The people
At the front desk and the valet were so extra nice!! They made the stay even better

Only downside was the pictures showed a balcony with a sliding glass door, which was there. Only problem is the door is screwed shut and you can’t access the balcony. Was a big reason why I spent the extra on this particular hotel.

Awesome place to stay but the pool , pool bar and jacuzzi were all closed even though the listing said they would be open before our stay. Front desk staff and store staff were not very knowledgeable.

Came in late. Appreciated the upbeat service. Appreciate the fact that resort fee is waved because of renovations. Room looks lovely. Smells like new paint, but nice decor. Looks like no one has stayed in it yet.

Very helpful, friendly and obliging staff every step of the way. We requested a connecting room for our family and were grateful that they worked very hard to accommodate us (I was guilty of giving short notice).
We took a ‘premium view’ room (which was only a bit more than standard. This did put us high up, but the view was still generally of the I-4. I think the hotel needs to invest in more modern sliding doors on the rooms for soundproofing. Traffic eases from 10pm to 5am and generally lulls to a steady white noise. However, if you get a 16-wheeler charging down the highway, it was quite loud at night. Looking at the hotel configuration there are likely rooms that are inherently quiet. The balcony sliding doors have stoppers and could not be opened more than a crack, which was a great relief with children.
I did not notice that the tempurpedic mattresses as listed on hotels.com were memory foam (I pathetically unzipped to check), but having said that, it was one of the most comfortable mattresses I have ever slept on, so I could be wrong.
Rooms and hotel clean.
At the time we were there, B guests were eligible for early Disney park entry (only realised that when checking the Disney info) and you can get a card from front desk.
There is a mostly shaded pathway to Disney Springs at about a 10-20 minute walk, which was very useful our first evening in Orlando.
There is a shuttle to Disney parks that stops at B and other hotels on the road.

Balcony was small and inaccessible. Two of the four elevators broken so we used service elevators to get to our room, but going back down was a nightmare as only one elevator could be called to go back down. Shower was temperamental. Parking was okay and the rest of the stay was decent.

The front desk were so sweet and bent over backwards to make sure that I was comfortable. The pillows were horrible. The bed was not bad. Other than that I had a great day.

Great hotel, convenient, clean, well lit, friendly staff, pool was being renovated, and mattresses could be updated otherwise, 9/10 !

The hotel was updated and nice. I stayed here two nights in a row, one night was added on, so I got a different room. This room didn't have great AC which I didn't notice until way late in the evening. I did let the front desk know on my way out the next morning.

I purchased the Junior Suite, 1 King Bed with Sofa bed (436 sq feet, fireworks view) room in hopes of surprising our little ones with a fireworks show.
Front desk personnel stated we would be able to see the show. We were placed in room 401 with a gigantic pyramid and palm tree obstructing our view.
My little ones were extremely disappointed as we could hear the fireworks commotion but couldn’t see a thing.
Room service was extremely behind as we made several requests, but was forgotten about. I made approximately five calls before someone eventually answered the phone. The room was decent; however, this will be our first and last stay at the B Resort & Spa.

Check-in process was awesome. The staff, particularly Ariana, were friendly and welcoming! Hotel is undergoing some renovation, but is still very clean and minimal impact to guest. Room was comfortable and spacious. Would recommend and definitely stay here again!

I felt the stay was just ok. There were some quirky things I didn’t like. Had to ask for towels because there weren’t any in the bathroom. The soap provided smelled like wet cardboard. The outside noise was more than expected. The staff were very friendly.

Honestly one of the best Hotel experiences I have had in a long time. We had to make a last minute reservation due to an issue at a rental. Lucky B hotel was the ONLY hotel open for our trip for the next 4 days. Easy check-in and convenient location for Disney. Would love to come back!

So the hotel is nice inside and is clean. The staff is nice as well however there were some issues that I just can’t over come. I booked my reservation as well as noted I wanted to stay on the top floor as well as called the hotel and confirmed they would put me on the top floor. When I went to check in I was told they couldn’t put us on the top floor. We stayed on the 14th floor and our room had zero internet connection as well like maybe 2 bars on our cell phone signal. I told the desk about this when we went back down stairs and nothing was ever addressed. My wife went to use the jacuzzi tub in our bathroom and it didn’t work. Very disappointing being our first trip at this location. We were not bothered by the construction going on at this facility just irritated paying what we did for one room and things not working as they should when you book a room in this location. We are pass holders and visit every other weekend and thought we would give this location a shot. Not sure we are willing to give this location another chance.

Stay was good staff was great except any time I ordered food during my stay I had to come down to the lobby and I stayed pretty high up so it was kind of a hassle but other than that it was a really great stay, room was clean shower was very nice staff was generally nice.

I love the hotel. It is recently renovated. Beautiful lobby and the rooms are very comfortable. Huge beds and excellent sheets. The shower has a great pressure. Everything brand new and neat. The pool, arcade, jacuzzi and fitness center were not available yet, but you can use the amenities from neighboring hotels. There’s a grab an go snack shop and another restaurant that serves a very good food. The eggs Benedict and avocado toast were great. Shuttle to the parks every hour and 10 minutes walking to Disney Springs. I will returno for sure

Wouldn’t know because when I went to the front desk to check in the woman told me that I didn’t have a reservation and turned me away. Had to go find a new hotel at 11:30PM.

Lashawn was very friendly at check in. She had a very upbeat personality, always smiled and respectful. We enjoyed interacting with her.
The room was great. The only issue is that the door stuck but still could secure it at night. Only one elevator was working so at times we were waiting a while for the elevator. I would definitely stay again.

B Hotel is an excellent option to stay in Orlando, walking distance to Disney Springs.
My review it’s based on under constitution conditions on the hotel at the moment.
Beside that this is our third time staying at the property, and always exceeded my expectations.

I was greeted by the concierge and front staff you have some great representation in those area. They were so happy and friendly
I liked the rooms and the view. The shower tile needed some more scrubbing.
One of the main issue was definitely the piol being renovated i should have looked at the reservation closer to see that.
We did experience the issues with your elevator. You were down to one and then both were out and we had to discover the service elevator and that became interesting to use with all the people trying to get around and new furniture all lined up.
Im sure this resort is a lovely resort when all things are up and running correctly. For me i think it would take a very special offer to stay again.

We stayed on the 12th floor, arrived at 8pm and went down to the lobby for an extra blanket. I was told they would send one up, by 10:30 we just went to bed without it.
Then the next morning we wake up to take a shower, the shower water pressure would pulsate and make a jackhammer noise. The water temperature in the shower would go from warm to ice cold to burning hot without touching any setting.
You will hear the highway through the sliding glass door that doesn’t seal anymore.
They are doing construction so maybe in a year or two it will be better but it’s not it right now.

Hotel is undergoing renovations; no amenities available, yet they still charge you $25 for self parking. Only 1 functional elevator. After waiting 25 minutes for an elevator, still had to use staircase. Huge disappointment. Not worth the money.

It was a little frustrating because we didn't realize that the hotel was under construction. Even the refrigerator in a room didn't work and it was not that clean.

Only one (1) of 3 elevators were working during check out time. I tried calling the front desk to ask for an hour’s extension but no one would ever pick up. So trying to go downstairs and ask didn’t work because the one elevator that was working, was always full when it got to my floor!

Tub was clogged…room a little old..too much noise in halls couldn’t sleep and went to sit on patio big palmetto bug and ants there came right back inside

Really friendly staff for our arrival. The suites were outdated as far as carpeting and the bed itself in the king suites. Looks like they are slowly updating the resort, but overall, I’d stay again once everything gets updated.
