Staff was exceptional, we enjoyed warm smiles and super friendly service. Lauren from the pool crew was exceptional for our days by the pool. Well done

Valet parking charges $70 a night they park your car outside in the hot sun. It gets dirty and it took 40 minutes to get to my car on Saturday evening. Very disorganized. Room service had to call 3 times to get our order.

I was disappointed with the valet parking staff. It seems unusual that nobody offered to help me with my suitcases when you checked out.

Juliette the manager was very supportive and hope she can make our next stay a better experience. The room was not clean and nothing spectacular comparing to the neighbour hotel with the same price.

Overall it was good. Just a few things that you don’t expect from this type of resort. First, there is no body lotion cream in the room, you have to request it to guess services.
Second, beds should have a duvet instead of blanket
Third, the 30 minutes chair policy in the pool is very annoying. If you go for an hour to the beach, staff disrespectfully remove your belongings from the chairs.
Last but not least, liquor type is very limited in the pool, for instance if you want Whiskey you have to get it from the bar.

I booked two rooms and paid extra for two beds through Expedia. When I arrived there weren't any available and had to beg to get them. Then they put me in a ADA that I didn’t need but had to take what I could get. It was also noisy with dogs barking and doing their business on the carpet halls of the hotel. The hostess at the restaurant was rude and bothered with us asking for a table.

Property staff at checking was rude. Gym was outdated. Pool area felt cheap. Rooms are small! Valet took 30 min to get car out multiple times. But on the positive, food here was amazing, views are amazing. Would not stay here but I’d definitely visit and dine!

This was the best weekend getaway I have ever had. The property was gorgeous. The views were breathtaking. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay the best possible. We will definitely be going back.

Amazing location. The hallway carpet and rooms are a little outdated and worsen down. I would expect the Ritz to have a minibar in my room which it did not. Oddly, our room only had one nightstand which seemed weird.
The bartender was very nice but she was clueless on how to make cocktails.
The food food menu affected at the bar was very limiting.
The gym was pretty small for the size of the resort.

Ritz must train their staff to turn off any set alarms on the alarm clock in the rooms when cleaning it after someone checks out. We were woken up at 5am due to this

It was a beautiful property with a pleasant staff, but the rooms were in poor condition. Our room smelled of mildew as soon as we walked in. The bathrooms were even worse and smelled of urine. There was hair on the bathroom ground and shower amenities spilt all over. The room overall, needed a facelift.

This was my first time staying at a Ritz Carlton. I guess I had higher expectations for it. The common areas were nice and clean but the room was small and outdated. We did pay an outrageous fee to upgrade to an ocean view but that made the trip. The views were amazing! The charges at the hotel were unexpected ($70 a day for parking plus $60 resort amenity fee). The food was very pricey and nothing great (much tastier food at any local restaurant). We finally walked a short distance to Moulin and had much better food for breakfast/lunch. At the hotel, expect to pay $20 dollars for a drink and $18 dollars for a small, mediocre kids meal. If it weren’t for the views of the ocean, this hotel wouldn’t be much to brag about.

Very nice property but somewhat let down by service on the phones as constantly put on hold and sometimes can never get through to anyone for simple things like pulling car up. Possibly understaffed during these times but other than that amazing food and people working hard to make the stay amazing
