I have to use CPAP equipment at night and that requires an accessible outlet near a bedside table. I found the mattress to be too hard. Thank you.

The shower wouldnt shut off… when i mentioned it to the staff my reply was … “That isnt new and the room beside you does it as well” Booked and reserved a king bed to arrive at night and be told i was bumped to a queen room due to other guest wanting to extend the stay! Didnt try to accommodate me at all! Buffet was not great.. Will not return to this hotel!

Really enjoyed my stay at Admiral Inn Burlington. The room was very clean and spacious. The bed and pillows were super comfy. Best sleep I've had in a while! Will definitely be coming back!

The experience was excellent and certainly surpassed our expectations. The price for the room was unbelievable and also included a hot breakfast. Certainly will look at Admiral Inns for future trips and look forward to returning to Burlington again late March

I really enjoyed my stay at Admiral Inn. Very clean and the room was quiet and equipped with a large tv. The breakfast was a full hot breakfast which is not often provided at other places I’ve stayed. The staff were friendly and helpful. I will come back again!

This has been the second time we’ve stayed at the Admiral, and we will definitely staying there again! The staff is friendly and welcoming! It is walking distance to The Keg and other restaurants and also Game time! It’s a prefect location for an over night date night!

The room smelled so bad, I had requested to give me another room and they said they were fully booked. I would not stay at this hotel again. I booked it because it was the cheapest, I guess you get what you pay for.

Enjoyed our stay. Great breakfast, great room, the only thing we did not get is that although we stayed 3 nights we never got our room serviced. Had to go to the reception to get fresh towels. We were told it was ''Every Other Day'' that the room would be tidied up, but it did not happened. Ever since the Covid situation it has become very difficult to figure out Hotel's policies of clean ups.

Convenient location close to the highway. The hotel was quiet and clean. The breakfast was great on weekday mornings...not quite as good on the weekend, however. In any event...I enjoyed my stay.

I found the place was outdated, mattress old style and most of the furniture was old style. Although there was a no smoking sign on all doors someone was smoking marijuana. I called the front desk and they said they would look into it and they asked what room we were in but there never called us to let us know. I didn't realize how noisy the road noise was from the constant traffic on the QEW, we did not sleep.

I have NEVER seen a hotel so filthy. We were staying in Burlington because I was going in for a C-section the next day and found LIVE COCKROACHES in the bathroom and entryway of the room. Lord knows where else they were. We were offered a new room which stunk of decay and dust, and also had garbage and dead months strewn across the floor. Offered a third room where we found a dead cockroach beside the bed. Absolutely appalled and disgusted, I didn't get to sleep the night before surgery because we had to hunt for a new hotel. Still waiting for a response from the manager regarding a refund for the TWO HOURS we spent there total!
