Nicely renovated hotel in quiet area. Rooms were nice size and very clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Check in was very easy even as we came later in the evening.

The hotel is modern and CLEAN. It's centrally located, meaning there are a lot of places to grab a bite. The room nice, clean, and everything worked. Check-in and check-out was seamless. After checking out, my deposit was released before I reached my vehicle.

The place was very clean in the common areas and on the surface, in the rooms, except... we kept getting ants starting the first full day, and we had no open food. We asked to have an ant trap and have them cleaned up. The maintenance person came with a small vacuum, vacuumed up the ants, then blamed us for having food in the room. Again, we had no open food in the room. And in a completely different area, we had a bag of sealed pepperoni sticks and an unopened bag of individually wrapped mint lifesavers and an unopened bag of popcorn. After he left, we went out to dinner and the ants were back upon our return. We called again and asked for an ant trap. The same person came up, vacuumed them up and said they don't have an ant trap. Side note, we removed everything from those shelves... but all they had on them was a notebook, the car key, the room key, and the tv remote. There was nothing to interest ants. He cleaned them up and left - no further solution. We had to deal with ants the remainder of the stay.

The place was exactly what I was looking for...the only issue was that the bed was very uncomfortable. Seemed to have very little cushion. reminded me of the twin bed I had when I was a kid.

Check in was great . Jaynell was very good very helpful and very respectfulđź‘Ť!!Breakfast wasn't that great after the second day. Just bagels but everything overall was great. The price is very reasonable..I'll definitely stay there again

Clean hotel with friendly staff. Breakfast was just a bagel bar. Mattress and pillows were ok. You can tell this was an older, low budget hotel that's had a basic makeover. Not luxurious but comfortable.

The included breakfast was not worth anything. A bagel and OJ does not keep up with the competition. Come on!

Great place, clean, quiet, good service. Just a little disappointed about the breakfast only bagel and muffins. They specify that no hot breakfast is served. But other than that it is a great place to stay.

Nice hotel let down by cold breakfast. Providing nothing but cold plastic-wrapped bagels is not good enough for people starting a long day, and some people cant eat gluten. Scrambled eggs and sausage are a minimum. I needed a hot breakfast and was disappointed. Will find another hotel in future that has a real breakfast. How lazy.

This [first] room we stayed in was not the best. AC just didn't function properly. Had to set temperature to extremes before it provided the desired setting.
The staff was nothing short of EXCEPTIONAL and PROFESSIONAL. That was awesome.
My issue with Spark is specific to the brand. We've been staying in this hotel since it was owned by two prior brands and a hot breakfast was always included along with free parking and free wi-fi. Now under the Spark brand, there is NO HOT BREAKFAST and the continental breakfast doesn't even offer milk. Additionally the rooms no longer have microwave machines or ice buckets [must request the latter from front desk]. As I shared, we've been staying here for a long while [over a decade] and this is the first ownership to remove hot breakfast, room ice machine and microwave machines.
I'm not sure how successful the brand - Spark - will remain with this miserly approach.

Nice hotel! Beds were comfy. Room was clean and housekeeping came EVERY day! Bathroom is a bit on small side but plenty of towels. Breakfast is cereal, bagels, muffins. No hot foods. Fitness center was well equipped. Would stay here again.

Hotel is a little overpriced for it not to include a legit breakfast and doesn't have a bar. Only had bagels for breakfast. Also had a live band playing from a church at 10AM on a Saturday morning without any notice at all. Overall, its okay but maybe isn't worth the amount they're charging with limited amenities.

Our overnight stay included everything we needed but we are somewhat spoiled. I missed a coffee maker, hotel book, and info on area including restaurants.
