Staff were very friendly and caring

Far enough from the freeway to be quiet, strip mall shares parking lot so options for food, etc.

I loved the property. And i loved that Bella took the extra step to ask if i had have breakfast. And even followed through with safe travels. Thank you Bella formaking my stay enen more special.

It was good, some things were not too good but okay. The room had some mold in restroom, noisy at night from 2nd floor guests running, you were not aloud to take the breakfast to the rooms to enjoy, even though the breakfast area is too small for a lot of people to fit. The room was very small, limited space. Overall, our stay was okay. The beds were comfortable even though the room was small, good network, wifi, breakfast is good. Included variety: burritos, waffles, bagels, cereal, egg with chorizo, fruit, yogurt, muffins, coffee, hot cocoa, tea and oatmeal

I really like that is really quiet.

We stayed for 10 days in a king room, it was specious and comfortable. But the sink was clogged and it took 3 days to fix and no soap was replaced even though we asked.

I like that it felt safe, it was quiet. What I didn't like is that the pillow cases smelled like sweaty guys. I don't think the linen was changed.

It was a great stay for the small city we were in. All the people were friendly and help full. They answered all our questions. It was a clean place.

We came in from out of town for a funeral. My sis and her husband got a toom with two beds. We got the king bed. My daughter decided to join us at the last minute and the lady at the counter couldn’t have been any more rude. She said we couldn’t have my daughter in the room with us since we had a lking bed, no roll up beds. She pretty much said she can sit in the car to wait for us. Then a cousin came and said my daughter could sleep in her room. Thank God. But I will never go back there again.

Check in was very easy. Staff is hard working and eager to please each guest.

Nice, clean place to stay

Very nice hotel. Had everything we wanted. 10 out of 10

The rooms were a little small but everything else was great

We arrived at 9 pm. A lady at the front desk, was quite pleasant (She was pretty much the only good thing about the place). The second floor carpet (we were in room 210) stunk. It smelled like a combo of b.o. and old food of some sort. The room was smoking hot when we got there, so we turned on the AC. We got settled in our room, and I went to the hot tub. A few minutes before 10, closing time for the pool area, the new man on duty came out and rattled his keys at me. When I went back to the room it had cooled some but was still warm. I checked the air and it was blowing air that was barely cool. I went downstairs to ask about it. The attendant was very blah and went to get the GM. The GM was unpleasant from the jump. I wasn't going to mention the stink, but just the AC until he presented his poor attitude. Because of his attitude I did ask what was up with the smell. He said there's no smell. When we got upstairs I mentioned the smell again. He said "I don't see any smell." Me: "I don't see it either. I do smell it though!" So we got to the room and he took off the cover of the unit to reveal some super rigged up wiring. The thermostat was shoved into the coils...clearly not the way the unit was intended to work. He punched the buttons and fiddled with the thermostat until he did eventually get it cooling properly. All is well that ends well...UNTIL it stopped working properly about 90 seconds after he left. So, I did the same thing he did on and off ALL night long. Shame!!!

They put us by the pool because we were talking about it… just so nice and attentive

Just needed a quiet place for a quick stop. It met that need.

Great place to stay in Los Banos

Check in was a little slow. It seems like a sluggish computer was the culprit. Front desk clerk was friendly. Room was clean, but I found an empty Walmart bag in a drawer of the bedside table. We found a fun, not fast food, place to eat. Wool Growers, a French Basque restaurant. We’ll definitely come back to the restaurant and the hotel.

Nice hotel. We had never been to Los Banos before. We were headed to a family wedding on the coast. The woman at the front desk recommended 3 nearby restaurants. We chose Italian. We will be back.

Restful nights sleep. Close to lots of conveniences and was close to Merced National Wildlife Reduge

The family above me came in at 11:35. The child was running around for about as half hour and an adult walked around moving something around and talking loud on the phone until 3:00am. Not a good night at all!
