Checking in was excruciatingly slow and complex. What is this 1982?
Otherwise it was mostly fine.

Hotel has a nice appearance but I was on the highway side of the hotel and there was A LOT of road noise all night!
Also, I was paying for two rooms and had to pay the $150 "deposit" and was told by the clerk that it will be released within 15 days!

Clean newly renovated hotel.
The hotel charged an obscene $150 for incidentals! They say we will have it back in 3-10 days. I have never seen a charge this hi.

The woman running the front desk when we arrived, was very unfriendly. Customer service at the front desk was not great the whole visit. The only time she seemed happy was when we left. We also had bugs in the room and in the bathroom, at least three different kinds of bugs, and at least five I saw.

When I checked in they gave us our room key. Then chased us down and said someone else was already in that room and needed to issue us a new room. We waited and waited for them to figure out their mistake. They ended up giving us the same room back. Not sure what the issue was. My family was getting frustrated because we had to be somewhere and they were making us late. They need to figure out their system. They had room keys, paperwork with copies of peoples drivers license spread out all over the counter. I was not sure if someone else was going to be in our room or not. Very frustrating!

We enjoyed our stay. The only problem was i did not like the fragrance which was throughout the motel. I finally noticed the glade sprayer( not correct name- sprayer)in the elevator. I am also a person whom does not like many fragrant smells, It Really bothered me in our room.

This hotel property used to be the Jonesboro Inn and suites, and La Quinta bought them out. The property is nice. Excellent rooms and the staff is friendly. The breakfast bar is decent. Can’t really say I have a issue with this hotel since they’ve revamped it. The only problem I have with it is it’s surrounded by crappy hotels all around it, except for the Hampton and the Candlewood.

We had a quick stop for the night and this was one of the cleanest rooms we’ve stayed in. My husband always looks for “treasures” left behind/under furniture. The place was spotless! I would definitely stay again.

I did not update my drivers license since moving from here. I had never heard of such, but they do not allow people with a drivers license from the same town to stay here and they emphatically stated that they had told y’all this it was not shared with me by anyone prior to arrival. They are issuing a refund and I had to find somewhere else to stay. I will not stay at any of this chain again for any reason.

Our front desk person was super nice. The breakfast was delicious and well kept. The bed was very comfortable. Thank you for a pleasant stay.

We got in really really late and the front desk staff (I don't remember her name) was so chipper and welcoming. She was still there the next morning and remembered that we were in town for a robotics competition and wished my son good luck. That's the kind of place I like to stay.
The room and breakfast area were clean and comfortable. However, after we took a shower we found that our floor between the bathroom and the bed were soaking wet. I did report it to the front desk as we were leaving.

We stayed 3 night and only received housekeeping services once. Tried to call service desk and no one would answer. Desk representative was alway extremely busy with a line of people checking in . I was with my spouse all during the day in hospital post open heart surgery. Otherwise the stay was okay. Staff are nice if you acutely are able to interact with them. Rate 3 stars…

Booked this hotel for my nephew because they allow pets. Wouldn't accept cash for the pet deposit and my nephew doesn't have a credit card. Never got into a room and now they refuse to refund the payment.

The hotel is new and nice. The only thing is, it is right next to the freeway with trucks driving by all night long. If you stay here I recommend staying on the top floor so you can get some sleep!

Did not stay at this location because of something about if you lived within 50 miles of the location you cannot rent a room for the night I had recently moved and still had my old address on my ID, showed other form with new address but this was not good enough had this room booked thru Hotels.com since last of October. This was the first I time to know about this miles thing. They said hotels.com should have sent me a notice of cancellation which I didnot receive

The rooms are spacious and clean, and the staff is so friendly. Kim and Jensen were so sweet with our dog we were traveling with. Breakfast was great with lots of options!

Upon arrival and checking in, they sent us to the wrong room by mistake. The front desk gave us keys keys that opened the door. The staff then rented the room to another person. The other person was able to use their key to come into our room while we were sleeping. The other party complained so they comped their room and not ours. There was very little toilet paper in the bathroom, the room phone didn’t work, and there was no coffee in the lobby during breakfast at 8:45am. Very dissatisfied with the overall stay at this hotel.

Quick overnight trip. Never stayed in a La Quint before so we thought with it being more cost effective we would check it out. It was sufficent for our stay. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The breakfast was decent.

Was not even able to get our room that we reserved in advance. There was no communication that only certain cards were accepted and at 1am we were told that we would not be able to use our card and with me being 8 months pregnant and my toddler that we had to go find a new hotel
