They need to update the rooms and the smell is very musty and I left the same day I checked in. Took over an hour for them to bring an extra blanket and extra towels.

Well located hotel. I appreciated the free shuttle to the airport. Front desk personnel were friendly and helpful. Room was nice, bed comfortable. Cleanliness could be improved and coffee was not great.

Stay was good. Dinner at the hotel restaurant was ok but definitely could be better. The pillows were the worst of the whole stay. Staff and hotel itself was delightful.

NO electrical outlet in bathroom, NEVER has this happened in our lifetime what the hell??? Mattresses are old, have saggy uncomfortable areas, we slept POORLY, and trash cans are just too small

I don't like that the carpets are visibly stained. I'm cool with pets having one myself but they should put those guest in different rooms or carpet clean monthly

poor front desk reception and customer service had food delivered, front desk lost/misplaced it no folio or receipt of stay provided - front desk was not able to print, said they will email, which they never did. I called and chatted with online support multiple times, no help. hotel never sent the receipt. terrible service all over!! will not be staying at this hotel again.

This property is completely rundown and outdated. It needs many upgrades, including fresh carpeting, and a fresh coat of paint. When I was there only one elevator was working. There is a lot of traffic and volume of people. The property was rather noisy. I would not stay here again.

Staff was friendly enough, but completely unhelpful and uninterested. Service was poor and there was construction going on outside our room. Also pool was under construction, would have been nice to know as we couldn’t swim.

They messed up my reservation, sent me to a room which was occupied by someone else. Then replaced my double queen with a king size room(3 adults). After I checked out, I realized the print out bill has other people's name with my credit card information. I stayed at this hotel before, had good experience. No idea why this time all messed up.

Just one issue with the hotel: the entrance isn't lit at all. I couldn't see the hotel as it sits behind a high bank. Please install lights in Miami Blvd.

This place smells like marijuana in the apartment where we were staying. I spoke to the receptionist about this issue and by the way she didn't care, the towels were dirty and the sink was off.

Over all the stay was nice. Room was mostly clean but bathroom floor did have some hair on it. Check in was great and the staff were very nice. The only true complaint i have is about the beds. They were like sleeping on bricks. If you get better beds this place would be amazing

Good in some ways not so good on others. The blind that covered the large window was down & broken. Requires repair. Maintenance was able to raise it part way. Accessible bath was excellent. Breakfast was to be available until 11:00 but at 10:30, staff was removing selections & vacuuming. Not OK.

My room was clean and comfortable. It was close to where I needed to be. My requests for housekeeping were easy to ask for and completed as planned. The only negative was breakfast buffet one day had not been replenished

This is a great property to stay at while visiting the Durham area. This is my second stay there as I conduct business occasionally in that area. Scott good restaurant and bar on site and it has really great rooms comfortable beds, love the pillows, and large restrooms and great showers! The staff is always awesome, and makes you feel really at home when you stay there

This was a one night stay for me and my daughter. The hotel is clearly a bit older, but has been renovated. For the most part everything was clean. There was some trash in the parking lot and some near the front door. The part of this trip that was the absolute worst, happened on the morning of check out. I was in the room having coffee and tidying up. Out of no where a random what I presume to be maintenance man enters the room. No knock. No “hello coming in”. NO TYPE OF WARNING! And there I was in my unmentionables with a cup of coffee. He stutters and shuffles awkwardly as he scoffs at me”if you can’t keep the dog quiet we’re gonna have to ask y’all to leave” I scramble for something to cover myself, and he backs out the room. It seemed like hours that he stood there in, but I know it was only seconds. Once finally he left I quickly gathered our things and woke my daughter and we left as fast as we could. THEN once I got home in notice I had been charged a $57 pet fee for my daughters service animal. They attempted to claim they did not know we had the dog with us. However the dog is ALWAYS with my daughter as she is blind. When we checked in my daughter and the dog stood next to me. I would never stay here again, I’d sleep in my car under a bridge before I’d close my eyes here again! There is no apology big enough for a random man barging into my room while I’m in my underwear!!!

Our stay was one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. The hotel itself was breathtaking. The staff was super friendly and helpfull. The room was very well kept, clean and extremely comfortable. Definitely will be going back asap!

Terrible night experience. Our room was on the second floor and during the night there was loud engine type noice coming from the window side that was repeated every 3 imputes or so. The air conditioner also made a loud noice. All night long, we didn’t have a wink of sleep.
