Amazing staying at rixos downtown. Thank you for all staff there.

Great hotel. The staff including Buse was very helpful. Great activities. The kids club is great for kids. Lots of things to do. Will visit again. Overall 9.9/10. The only drawback is that the rooms are dated and needs some improvements.

Cannot fault them. Everything was perfect. Went with my husband and 2 kids. Only rhing i would suggest is to extend the time for the minibus to return from the Land of Legends. Should be 6pm.

I recently stayed at the Rxios Downtown Antalya Hotel for six nights, and while my overall experience was decent, I must admit that the facility had a noticeably old and outdated vibe. It would greatly improve the guest experience if the hotel invested in renovations to bring them up to a more modern standard. As soon as I walked in, I noticed a huge stain on the carpet, which was quite an eyesore. It seemed like they could have paid more attention to cleanliness and maintenance, especially for a top-rated hotel. On the bright side, the staff were generally friendly and cooperative, creating a welcoming atmosphere. But the dining hall was seriously understaffed, resulting in delays and not-so-great dining experiences. I have to give a shout-out to one staff member on the beach, though. She went above and beyond to help me explore the city, and her exceptional service stood out. When it comes to food, the hotel's restaurant was alright, but nothing amazing. Most of the dishes were average, almost as if the chefs were following generic YouTube recipes. There were a few standout dishes that were genuinely delicious, but overall, it didn't meet the high standards I expected from a 5-star place. The nighttime entertainment lacked excitement and failed to fully engage the guests, which made it quite boring overall. One major drawback was the lack of non-alcoholic options in the à la carte restaurant. As someone who doesn't drink alcohol, it was quite limiting.

I have been in several Rixos before coming to this one. Unfortunately it has been the worst among other Rixos. Room had strange stale smell, had to change it. Food was below average and not good quality. Service in restaurant was very bad, you had to chase waiters to come to you. Breakfast, eggs benidect always dry, cheeses are dry as well not fresh, staff does not speak English at all. Midnight buffet was a joke…beef stew and rice, no cheeses, no varieties that other Rixos hotels have. Coffee in undrinkable..Starbucks is located outside near pool which is inconvenient. I felt it did not deserve to be part of the Rixos group honestly. Would not recommend going there. Operational management needs to be changed completely

Housekeeping is very bad and non professional and they do not do any cleaning we made a complain and the next day was worse. The staff are excellent except for the housekeepers. Ms Yagmur from guests relations made things a lot easy for us even she made a what’s up group so she shared with us hotel daily program and gave directions to important sites . We really would like to thank this honest and hard working staff Ms Yamur.

The staff and management went above and beyond to answer questions and responded quickly. Excellent food, spa and accommodations. Highly recommended.

Really beautiful hotel and excellent service. The food was exceptional as well. The only issue I had was the air conditioning. They turn off the air conditioning and turn on the heat during the winter. A fan was provided to me when I complained but the room was still quite hot. Overall, it was an awesome stay!!!!

This hotel has excellent ambiance and guest relations. The buffet could be better, decent rooms and great location, 25 minute walk to either Hadrians Wall and Konyalti.

visited in low season so hotel wasnt too busy and a few things didnt operate but this is to be expected the weather was still glorious for the end of november the staff are so helpful and friendly the hotel is very clean and the food was great value and something for every palet live entertainment was also a good way to end the evening would recommend

I booked through Hotels.com ( expedite) the room was not as described, and the hotel refused to give me the room which I selected, claiming that they are total capacity; it was a horrible experience, and the staff has rude. Hotels. Com didn't support me, and I paid money for a sea view room, then I stayed in the standard room that did not have a full sea view land hotels. Com ( expedite) refused to refund me my money as I did check out earlier by one day from my booking, and they refused to refund my money. Very bad agent and very bad hotel.

I had very high expectations from Rixos as it comes under the Luxury Category under Accor Hotels Group. Food was not nice at all, and so the watiers & staff there. They were rude and didnt know English at all. I dont expect them to be fluent in English but, at least know the basics. The person making sandwiches doesnt know what Brown Bread is. Guest Relations also ruined our 1 whole day. They booked the shuttle for us to go to the Lands of Legends at 7PM. When we come down to leave, we find out that the shuttle is not coming because the show was cancelled. No one bothered informing us. I informed everything at the reception at the time of Check Out. I hope they improve all of the above.

I highly recommend thus hotel. The rooms are very comfortable with amazing views. The staff hotel are very nice, courteous and very respectful. Hotel is a great location and you can go on a bike or scooter ride and enjoy the beach side. I will definitely stay here again. Oh I would like to mention that the spa and the massage and the Turkish baths were all amazing

One of the best hotels we have stayed in. Fab service from all staff, really good food choice in buffet and superb facilities. On the beach and close to town. Fabulous !!

The whole experience was excellent, the only thing we didn’t like that at the time of check in the front disk staff didn’t offer any VIP access hotel benefits although it was clear in the booking that it was through Expedia Gold member with a VIP access benefits.

Rixos Downton has an outdoor heated swimming pool which is great for the winter in Turkey. The sea view rooms were spacious. I’ve stayed here a few times, always very reliable!
