You now have to pay for parking $15/night. This wasn’t the case last year when we stayed. Was trying to buy some snacks at the snack area infront of guest services. There’s a sign that says you have to pay at guest services. The guest services lady that evening was assisting another customer while I was waiting to pay for some snacks. Then the lady skipped me and helped the person behind me. While I waited. Next morning waiting to check out at guest services. The guest services lady was too busy on her phone taking a personal call. To assist me in checking out. I waited. I know it was a personal call because she said on the phone. “Im working right now” continues her conversation. Waited about 5 minutes before she decided to hang up. I think it’s time to book a different hotel for our NJ stays.

The young man that checked us in was excellent and calm under the conditions when we arrived as 3 buses of basketball teams were checking in. I was very disappointed that we were hit with a $15 parking fee! Very unusual in a hotel in a corporate district with their own giant lot. Usually parking fees can be expected in city locations with limited parking. Wasn’t called out on the listing when we booked. Nobody likes surprises and left a bad taste after overcoming lines of kids at the elevators and checking. Rooms were clean but need updating!

I checked in at 9:30 pm. The lady in front of me showed me a video of Bed Bugs in her bed! Of course staff was trying to keep it quiet. Once i checked in 3 buses of French speaking high school students arrived. The were loud rowdy and were playing on the elevators not letting other residents on. Kids were yelling, screaming in the hallways until 2am in the morning. I called Hotels.com to get a refund and the Embassy Suites denied the refund because i stayed in the hotel. How am i supposed to find another hotel reservation at 11:30 pm at night!
They made no commendation for the guests that were disturbed due to their other guests. They would not provide a refund and they have Bed Bugs!!! My room was old and the bathroom tub was dirty. Hotels.com should not endorse this hotel. I would give a negative rating if i could! I hope they lose business because guests shouldn't be treated this way! They wwre paid before I even arrived! They need an overhaul with their staff and need to have more than one security person on duty.
Hotels like this need to be reported. Go elsewhere. A dog would do better at a dog pound!

Great staff. The breakfast was a high point.

The hotel is well maintained and clean.. room was as shown in pics and as expected.. not sure worth the cost could be cheaper but would recommend and stay again.. however there’s $15 dollar a day parking fee which is a rip off as you’re in the lot of the bldg with plenty of parking. Nothing special to warrant the fee besides a way to make more money. So for that I’d choose elsewhere

We had a really good stay. The hotel and the rooms are clean. The rooms are spacious but need updates.

Lobby is nice. Space is good. They offer complimentary breakfast and drinks. Room not very clean. We found clumps of hair, used crayon, used straw in the room. Tub was filthy. Water in tub took a long time to drain. Closet a little dusty. Pool water was cold. You have to pay for parking.

I very much enjoyed my stay at the Embassy Suites. The staff were friendly and helpful. The indoor landscaping and fountains were welcoming and beautiful. The suite was spacious, comfortable, and clean. The bedding and pillows were fresh and plush. The bath towels were luxurious and soft. I was impressed by the complimentary drink and snack offered in the evening and full breakfast in the morning. I look forward to another stay in the future.

I think. The restaurant service it's too late, I will prefer to offer a best service in Dayli hours.

We like the place but we don’t think we are coming back because of the new parking regulation. Extra $15 makes the rate unreasonable.

Room smelled of mildew .. had to pay $15 parking in an open lot .. WTH!! Snack prices are absurd .. bar food is even worse .. bartender even recommended we dont eat there

They now charge an extra $15 to park. There was plenty of parking so not sure why this was needed.

The hotel is extremely dated.

Nice place, almost everything good, but charging guests for self parking outside the building on its own parking lot?!
That is low and cheap, especially when they mention " parking available" and they DO NOT mention it during the reservation or description.
We had 2 vehicles, so we paid for both.
Not that it was an awful lot ( $15 each vehicle), but the fact that that increased the cost of the stay by 30%.
I would had probably paid an additional $30 happily if the cost was included on the reservation price.
Felt like they want to be a high end hotel acting like a cheap Stay Inn.

The only thing that I feel it should change is the parking. Why are they charging the customers for parking? When it should be included in the hotel fee. Otherwise everything was nice. Pool area needs some work, and cleaning.

We didn’t even stay the night as planned. It was a terrible terrible experience. There was one elevator working and a huge influx of Hasidic families moving in and out of the rooms. It was very very noisy as kids were everywhere from every floor and level and even the lobby area. There were kids on the work our rooms using and sitting on all the equipment. Even at 10 pm. It was not enjoyable and for that reason we did not stay over night. As guest we had to pay for parking. That is intolerable. I chose Hilton over Sheraton. This was in poor judgment on my part. I can’t find anymore words to say how truly dissapointed I was in this experience.

Room was not clean. Baby bottle found in bedroom, room not vacuum and beds not made correctly.

Hotel and room were amazing. The only complaint was the customer service at check in. It was not very welcoming. I usually have a great experience, but the front desk seemed like they didn't want to be bothered and borderline rude.

When you go in the elevator is filthy, the doors, the bedroom, the TV you could write your name on the dust. The room need to be clean, the coffee maker filthy The bed bedding. They look like hundred years old. The plate outside the room look very nice.

I was not pleased to learn that I needed to pay for parking, which costs $15 per day, per vehicle, so for both my wife's car and mine - that's an additional $30!
If I knew that upon booking, I would not have stayed here. After all, we are only staying here because our apartment development is flooded, so the last thing we needed was another inconvenience. When I asked the front desk clerk (who was very nice and accomodating) about why I was being charged, she said "it's part of a pilot program Hilton asked us to participate in."
Yeah, in plain language, Hilton is experimenting with new fees. Greed as usual.
I will not be staying here again, no matter how pleasant the experience is. Paying to park at a hotel outside a major city goes against everything I believe in. Very disappointing.

The staff at this location is above and beyond what hotel etiquette should be. Always friendly and welcoming.

Unaware parking was not included, bathroom was not clean, toilet was running upon arrival, check in did not go smoothly as far as payment. Pool was overcrowded and loud.

We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was great. We loved the free drinks and snacks at happy hour and the breakfast was really good with cooked to order eggs and fresh fruit. The bed was very comfortable. We will definitely stay there again when we are in the area.

Open atrium with fountains that you hear even in your room.
Couch-bed was not comfortable.
Room was very spacious.
Elevators operate quickly.
Great breakfast to start the day.
Personal was professional and there was also a security agent.
We recommend it for families.
